The article research uses the April research which also mentions pm's renewable joint venture which taints the article, but also written before the PM Energy registration. Today I would say PM are moving into a wider universe and the future is bright, higher risk, but sunny horizons

This could have a knock on affect with India and other Asian countries who are getting cheap oil and gas from Russia. Mongolia gets oil from Russia. The other day, the Russians we’re going to pump a larger volume for Mongolia to build up big reserves as the Russians are closing the pipeline/ refinery for a few weeks maintenance.hopefully this will spur the MG to prioritise oil independence a bit more vigorously. We can hope🤔

Got have freely stated they want every independent and energy exporter. Oil used for many products not just fuel.

The Company has worked tirelessly with MRPAM and MMHI to resolve this issue and the prescribed legal pathway is being pursued by which the registration of the Block XX exploitation licence as Special Purpose land will be requested from the Mongolian Cabinet. This is a lengthy process with overly cumbersome bureaucracy but is now at an advanced stage and we expect the submission to Cabinet to be made shortly. We look forward to resolving this issue and progressing Heron development activities.

Summary. A company’s chairman is the head of its board of directors while A CEO is a company’s top decision-maker who establishes strategic processes and ensures that progress is made toward corporate objectives. The chairman of a company’s board of directors is superior to the CEO meaning a CEO must seek board approval before making any significant decisions.

If you look at Petrovis as a whole it’s not hard to work out how PM fits into the big picture. Think it was feb23 when a jv with sun something energy was announced. I assume IOM was PM setting up an energy subsidiary to fit in with Petrovis and the MG goal of sustainable, domestic, renewable and exportable energy. PM is a Mongolian company registered as an aim company presumably for legal and transparency reasons as the Govt has a vested interest in Petrovis. MG are also in discussions with the Germans and Chinese about renewable energy. There is a huge amount of initiative’s going on And probably an overworked staff. Arguably the LP could still be malingering in a pending tray. Maybe MB does have everything in place but board controlling content. I’m sure it will all come good in time in the order of business of the MG.
