The thing is on the one hand I am not too bothered as the main shareholders will not want to be diluted and therefore put in the funds and if they were prepared to do it at 35p and if they are pleased with the results of what has been unveiled thus far i am sure they will be only too happy to front up more money..NM once commented about solg it was a no brainer if what money they were putting in was worth a lot more coming out or words to that effect..we have a quite low amount of shares in circulation so it is quite likely in the event of resource definition where value can be apportioned that will be reflected in a much higher price but the downside is we go at the pace we have seen for the last couple of years and probably at the behest of the main shareholders because they ultimately are the main beneficiary of the resources

Stockdale yes I realize that but just making the point it may have spooked a pi having read that..we will know our destiny soon enough and the market is not expecting much so on the positive side if there is any good news to come out we could spike quite nicely

That article posted yesterday had a couple of rather negative connotations in it I thought mainly referring to the problems that AST and pet were having in conjunction with the field

I did mention the possibility of another fund raise a little while ago and I am well aware that VM mentioned that IRR had enough capital but what junior exploration company with projects going on all over the place has got enough cash..most ceos would probably say you can never have enough and the market generally gets it right when there is to be a raise..whether it is now or in 6 months time the market normally anticipates such an event with caution..on the other hand the weakness in the price could just be down to lack of news and direction and maybe that little bit of " fluffing " up by VM in the interview that was not followed up by anything substantive as some maybe had a right to be disappointed as there was a little air of anticipation that a juicy rns was about to drop..it may still do soon ..there certainly appears to be a lot going on so surely it is only a matter of time before the company informs us

For me £3 would be sensational and £5 unbelievable which it will remain until I know any differently but will be very happy indeed if that ever proves to be the case

You do seem to continually put your own very negative spin on things..CH was asked a question that he could not give a definitive answer to and therefore I really do not understand how you can come out with this daily diatribe ..It may be a little frustrating waiting for news but that is investing/gamboling on AIM for you..fwiw I do think if there is a deal to be done AST will request a temporary suspension of shares to get any announcement out to put a lid on any possible speculation and inform other parties of their decision

Just getting a little tiresome now..i wonder how low they can take this with or without news as unless there is something really substantive to the news we do seem to trickle down..not really time to top up just yet but will wait until further news

It really is the permit to re enter the wells that we need the progress on and the relevant department has a meeting to decide who should be at the next meeting when the decision is made on the date that the committee decides to sit when they can finally agree on a date when they can make a decision on the date of the next meeting to come up with a decision..but that all depends on if they get all the responses in from those that need to attend and if not they may have to start the process again..something along those lines i think !!

I think most would take comfort from it though

PNE arguably it was JJ who got the recent investor to stump up 15 million dollars..hopefully they are sticky hands but even if not they did not have much of a discount although there would of been a fee no doubt..actually now thinking as I am writing if they took a fee they would not get a discount plus a fee if they wanted to invest in sound but somebody had to procure them and it may have been a contact of JJ
