Your last sentence sums it up for me though. No matter what they seem to do - it doesn't change the sp. Been stuck at this low level for a long time now.
Nothing seems to generate the interest. Maybe a combination of the things you mention and them all adding up will mean we get a higher price but the interest at the moment in terms of buys doesn't appear to be there. Maybe PL has something up his sleeve and we do have Paraguay edging closer that will generate interest.
Really hope so - lots of commentators seem to thing it should be a lot higher.
Maybe the next 6 months will see a turnaround?

I thought the CPR would definitely have been here this last week. Ah well, hopefully soon!
What a contrast to last year with all the news. Maybe once we get the CPR we'll get quite a bit of news shortly after?

think if the company wanted to raise money like this wouldn't it be a good thing to allow the shareholders to take part! It all seems like it's been sorted out in house and is LTHs are just told it's happened and are expected to accept it. The company doesn't appear to have a wider view than sit and wait till the drilling happens. So imho quite a wait till we get a decent rise in the sp.

however I think from a management learning perspective the BOD have probably learned that if there is an activity that they have little control of then they will need to err on the side of caution in terms of timescales.
The frustrating thing is when we get the news in terms of the CPR and other news it will all be good but delays cause uncertainty and the market doesn't like uncertainty. Fingers crossed for some news very soon.

Every day they are earning good revenue from their acquisitions.
The CPR will be along in a little while - cannot see that there will be any bad news when it arrives - will be really interesting to see how it gives an indication of the assets Zephyr has.
Will be interesting to hear more about the Paradox drill - production and what has been arranged with has sales.
Further news on the multiple fronts that CH has said they will be telling us about shortly.
All good and really excited for the next number of RNSs.

Hi RiskyBusiness1,
My reason for investing in the company was that I was hoping it will grow in value over time. Last year the share was I thinking of the best(if not the best) performing shares in Aim. So, like I said previously no one can predict the future timing of the sake of the company but I am happy to hold for another 2 to 3 years. If not sold by then I think the sp(especially with the company's current strategy) will be well in excess of 12p. I'm happy to hold and time will tell.

and it's probably an obvious thing to say but none of us have a Crystal ball about future so and a takeover timescale and price when that happens. Somewhere between 12-60p hopefully towards 60p(or above!) would be great!
While some seem to be saying 60p is unrealistic as a takeover so price - two things stick in my mind. Firstly the ambition, knowledge and experience of the board. Secondly those in the BID will want to get the maximum out of any sale they can!

I personally think 12p would be a very low valuation for a takeover price. All imho but waiting with interest 're what the CPR has to say then take if from.there. I keep reminding myself that they have another company looking at potential deals for them and every day because of their acquisitions are earning great revenue and we don't even know what production and sales they are getting from their Paradox drill. So, lots and lots to look forward to and I am hoping they won't sell at least for a couple of years by which time they will have proved up very high reserves.

of weeks ago 're the delay in the CPR I am assuming we will get some news on this next week.
Maybe next time Zephyr announce possible timescales for events to happen they will add more realistic timescales. The last two big issues - the acquisition and the CPR have been delayed.
I really appreciate the company's ambitions but more realistic timescales will not cause concerns 're delays, reassure investors they are delivering and help.support the sp. All imho.

I've been struggling to get my head round the sp performance for the last couple of years. All they seem.to have done to me is incrementally improve whether it's costs, revenue or production. Like you say too Paraguay will be on the horizon before not too long. Fingers crossed our wait will be rewarded.

Absolutely agree with all of that comeonvog. Further with the RNS a few days ago you would have thought 10% better prices plus Louisianna production being sold again we would have had much more of an increase in the sp.
Maybe the uplift it a bit delayed and it will move up in time. An sp of 2p would be a start!
