I'm still uncertain what would happen in the future. Assume e.g. all goes well amongst all the companies drilling in the Beetaloo and it comes to the time when Falcon come to monetise the assets. Is it Falcon that decide on how much they agree for their share? Or is it that the offer will be put to shareholders. Presumably the result will be a number of multiples of the current 11.20p i.e. Market cap jumps to reflect the price but what happens then is it for shareholders to them sell, or do people envisage a bidding competition for the company?

some news next week to get us back on the upward path for Zephyr's sp.
Will be good to get back to an upward trend and some production figures, news of the acquisition and the CPR round the corner should do the trick.

I'm not quite sure how this one will go. I am hoping that this time the operator and government are aligned in what they want and when they have agreed it for. So, hopefully(prepare to be amazed!.the drilling will start when expected. Everything crossed.

I'm very much hoping that the results at the end of February will give an indication of how the company is doing with improved gas and oil prices although would be good to see production increasing too. Maybe there will be a re-read after this - then possible acquisitions this year and Paraguay drilling starting to arrive on the horizon.
Will be interesting to see how things are looking by early March.

Amines and Scirrocco. Not sure what caused it - thought it might take off at one point but not much movement in the day. News due? Or just a bit of speculation?
Would be nice to get some news to give the sp a bit of a push upward.

especially the sp price of Zephyr at the moment. It is odd to me given all the positive news last year. Yes there was a slight pause 're the deal but that is soon going to get sorted and presumably there have been more sales of the wells being brought in line AND oil prices strength AND gas prices are high and they are organising the selling of both AND are keen to move things along as quickly as they can AND have a JV partner looking for great New deals AND the CPR is due soon! Given all this is a little wait the cause of the downwards drift in the sp.
Will be interesting to see the reaction when the next RNS(s) arrive. Personally think we should be heading North but the market oddly thinks otherwise?!

I'm assuming like they used to say about London Busses - you don't see one for a while then 2 or 3 turn up at once. I'm hoping it's the same with the next update from Zephyr. Fingers crossed.

on the 13th January PL in his comments again talked about the disconnect between the current sp and that he(and lots of other people think it should be substantially higher based on value being added year on year) in this regard he says
"In this regard, we continue to assess various opportunities to add to the Company's business with a view to diversifying the geographical
focus and nature of our energy asset portfolio in respect of which Atome sets a clear precedent. We are fortunate to have a proven track
record and profitable platform from which to achieve this as well as supportive key shareholders."

I hadn't picked up on that and in the past they have made similar comments re looking at various opportunities i.e. acquisitions to see where they can add value to the company. In the past nothing has happened as far as I am aware in this regard.
This is the first time I have heard of them looking at diversifying the geographical focus - in the comments I assume this refers to other than Atome. I'm also assuming that the supportive key shareholders will include Trafigura in reaching or assisting with the decision. It Will be interesting to see what transpires in this regard this year.

to get quite excited about the prospects for Falcon Oil and Gas this year and next. If there are favourable results from other companies drilling in this area and further good news from Falcon Oil and Gas I can see all of this leading to a much higher sp.

Yes, My gut feeling is we will get some news next week. Fingers crossed. We had so much news, so frequently last year that four weeks seems an age. News next week will hopefully kick start the sp.
