If Zephyr get to a point where they have everything lined up - permits(possibly taking longer than people want but I'm assuming the government given current circumstances want to push for more oil and gas and are aligned with Zephyr's intentions - I think this is why the initial granting of the loan came about - so from their own point of view will want to push this along), drilling rigs, pipeline starts to take shape, testing of the Paradox drill commences then will lots more buyers at that point start to buy in? You would assume so, as production and the wider field developmet will start to take place - so a lot more upward pressure on the sp.
Time will tell but I don't think it will be long before people start to see what can be and more importantly what is being achieved here.
