Couldn't have put it better myself. In terms of the operational agreement I found it difficult to understand if this might have any potential future link to Paraguay. Sounds like it will in the near term save President and the other company money. A few big pluses in the RNS - a base level of 500bopd increase due. Ok there were issues with equipment but will there not always be so in E and P companies. The other big plus is the cooperation agreement PL happy to do deals and save money and also to build relationships with large companies - all bodes well for the future. To be honest I could not understand why the sp didn't move up today as I thought it was a great positive RNS - Oops I nearly forgot about Louisiana too! GLA

Was good this week to see President Energy's sp make good progress. I hope we will continue the trend upwards with news from Argentina. I also hope that behind the scenes, though can only surmise on this that PL is trying to move possible activity in Paraguay along and that we can think of that as being the 2017 project. Would be good to get news on Paraguay but I'm sure when there is and PL has his formulated plan ready we will get to know what the plans are there too. This has amazing potential for the sp but obviously we need to hit some commercial results. GLA

As things have changed now with this company I'm wondering if it's time for them to rebrand - name/logo focus and vision. Now it isn't a company with award winning audio products and the returns from an award winning medical product. I think they are doing some of the right things have a very talented board but they need to offer something in replace of the returns that might have come from the Sensium Vitals patch. They need a step change in revenue and profits to make the sp move up substantially. GLA

I like this company. They have a plan, they keep their shareholders informed, they seem to be delivering to the plan and PL has this step by step methodical approach. The workovers should give us a stable platofrm by the end of the year from which to build with good options then in Argentina and Paraguay. Fingers crossed for continued good news. GLA

Not sure why Toumaz jumped around 20-25% today. As no news was announced I'm starting to think the reason was something to do with people looking at the company now the Helathcare division has been sold and now taking the plunge to invest. I also think if the new company starts to take shape and develops partnerships with other company's in areas with mass markets we should see an upward shift in revenue. I;m a little bit surpriised they have not put an RNS out or news release about their hardware being shipped in devices using Google Cast but maybe that will come soon. Exciting times. GLA

I suppose to some extent it was inevitable that Chris would leave the company after the Health division was sold. I also assume that behind the scenes other changes will be taking place re the people previously employed by Toumaz on the Healthcare side. Other changes - eg name of the company, logo etc will I am sure change in time too. To me the biggest change in the company is the vision the BOD has for the future and what mass markets they can aim at in order to bring in revenue. Will be interesting to see what their next major statement has to say about the future. GLA

Hi DRichi, Many thanks for the explanation. I hadn't even thought about the possibility of the price going down after PLs purchases earlier this month. I suppose if PL does this then that is up to him - he seems to have done similar groups of buying shares in the past. I'm probably reading too much into it and should take things at face value. I'm happy to be in this share though. IMHO it has big potential. This year I think is for Argentina to build a solid platform then next year hopefully we wIll see some progress re Paraguay. GLA

What hi-fi have produced an interesting article on what Google Cast is and the products it is going to be incorporated in. Interestingly there are lots of products from Sony and Phillips and a number of other speakers too. Would be interesting to know what volume of products the hardware is being sold in. GLA

I'm really intrigued with PLs purchases over the last month. Why pay three lots of money each time at a higher sp in such a short space of time. I appreciate very much as a shareholder that this shows real commitment(although PL is not short of a pound or two) but why would he not use the same amount of money and buy shares at the lower price - thus making more money. It is as if the purchases are providing a base line for what he considers the shares to be worth as a minimum. Anybody any thoughts on this one. All I can see in terms of news is news re Argentina and the drilling program. Maybe we will see a few surprises before not too long. Hope so. GLA

Hi Rollthediceagain, Very much agree with your post. I had so much hoped with all the interest and work done to get Sensium to where it was that Toumaz could have started to make progress on the sales of the patches and associated contracts. It seems as we have now sold the company the most we can hope for is a % royalty payment over 10 years 3% in the first 5 and 5% in the second. It will be so frustrating if the Dutch company now moves the product on and makes an awful lot of money - it will then seem like a wasted opportunity missed by Toumaz. The quality of board members that Toumaz has leaves me surprised they didn't take an opportunity to move things on. Anyway, what is done is done. My only concern now is will the remaining parts that now make up Toumaz be able to grow sufficiently to make it a company that can grow it's product range, revenue and hence the value of the company. I will continue to stay invested but it would be good to see what the future plans are for the direction of the company from the BOD. GLA

I've had a listen and I must admit I had to check the date against the posting of the clip as I'm sure this was the sort of thing that was being said about 2 years ago regarding Sensium. So frustrating! Just think of how much money it could have saved hospitals during that time if it had been adopted a couple of years ago. The positive points I took from the clip were It easies pressures that are caused from the medical staff monitoring the "old" way. It means a bit more time can be spent with patients who need it. Gives patients reassurance. Mobility for patients – less likely to develop complications when they can move around, recover more quickly go home and save the NHS because of this - just think of the beds it could free up!. Emergency care phase plus application for own home monitoring. In talks with 20 trusts. I must admit I hadn't quite grasped that Sensium were in talks with so many trusts - that sounds to me major but what does in talks mean - in talks to start deployment? In talks - we're interested? In talks organising a trial? Once this report is published and until we get an update all of this on my behalf is conjecture. However, when you hear there are benefits from the medical staff side, the patients side and the financing side it raises the question why on earth aren't you guys who are managing the NHS moving this along more quickly. I think the obvious answer is the NHS does move slowly I can only hope we are somewhat closer to making a breakthrough with them and that in 2 years time another clip isn't posted that says there is this amazing patch that can have substantial benefits re patient monitoring...... Hi scribes, I contacted Toumaz last week and got a prompt reply. I asked a question about the report that was going to be issued re Sensium's future and was told it was not yet completed(not sure what still needs to be completed) and it will be at least a couple of weeks before something is announced. I also asked a question about an entry in the AGM presentation and apparently there other trials underway but they(Toumaz) are not allowed to disclose who with without the permission of the hospital(s). In the background radio and wireless speakers move on and their is Google Cast to come - so there are some positives. I think I'm possibly a little like you though - don't like the uncertainty of the waiting and would like the sp to get back on an upward trend. GLA

Typical after waiting for some time with the share price at a low level and not taking any action PL makes a couple of recent purchases and up it shoots. I don't think he'll keep doing this in such short timescales but I think it's definitely a message to existing and potential shareholders - even though he has a lot of money I cannot see him making the investment to lose money, so the sp should move upwards substantially from this level - though I have no idea of timescales. Looking back to my last post and PLs current purchases and the current sp of 10p I think 9p might have been a good entry point - not sure if we will see 8p for quite some time now. In an odd way I hope we don't. GLA

Hi AParky, Thanks for your welcome and am happy to be on board. Sorry if my post seemed a tad confusing when I initially bought some shares in the company it was at a time when they price was a little higher than it is now. The price then dropped somewhat - after PLs purchases around 5p the price climbed and just before PLs last purchase at around 7.5p I was considering buying some more shares. The shares have since quickly moved to 9p. So my question really was given the shares are now at 9p does anyone think they will fall back somewhat, so that I could make a purchase at say 8p or do people think the share price is just going to move on from 9p in which case 9p is the best price I can expect. I ask the question as after the 5p purchases the price moved up then dropped back a bit. I'm quite enjoying being in this share because of the potential. It would be good to hear real plans re Paraguay but will have to wait for these for a while - I'm sure PL is formulating a way forward on that front. I really like the strategy in Argentina - not spending too much but should get some really good returns from the increase in bopd. I also think he's quite a charismatic personality with a proven track record. I always enjoy his interviews. Let's hope we get continued good news to keep things moving forward. All the best. GLA

I also bought into this share some time ago due to what I consider their massive potential. Give PLs recent buys and the consequent rise in the sp does anyone think the sp will drop back a bit? I was looking for a slightly lower entry point before the price recently shot up. I cannot see that we will receive too much news for a while now with the focus on Argentina in the second half of the year, so I was thinking without further PL support the sp might drop back a little. I suppose we have a bit of a floor in the sp based on his recent purchases - about 7.5p. Would be interested to hear what people think. Nice to have a share rising quite dramatically for a change though. GLA

Pleased to hear that Breton59 - I think one big thing I take from your post is that research and seeking out good opportunities can still with a bit(sometimes a lot) of luck reap it's rewards. I hope we have some return to economic stability with news of a little more near term political stability - been a tumultuous couple of weeks. Good luck.
