To answer your question Bakky, I think it is a low Benchmark, but gives people some indication of what to expect in the event of a sale.

According to the comments left on the article, this ($167) is considered low, and the quality of the domains questioned. Regardless MMX has 1.12mill domains with a mix of premium and standard. Even at $167 p.d. it gives a value of $187mill (�143m). which equates to an SP of around 20p

I'm still very much of the view, that the longer the review process a positive outcome will be achieved. If it were a "dead duck" they wouldn't still be negotiating. The only thing that concerns me is that it seems the SP is being carried down on tiny volumes (many sales in hundreds of pounds).
