Indeed Sunday it is quite feasible that serious negotiations are still taking place. We all remember the Donuts buyout of Rightside with it's initial silly offers and protracted talks. I think a "silly" offer has taken place and rejected with ongoing talks going on. Regardless it's a win/win situation with the ongoing growth of the company. (IMO)

As I stated yesterday INSB I expect a dividend policy announcement after the review is complete, notwithstanding a T/M/A. To my mind a portion of "excess" cash derived from non-operational business would be returned as a Special dividend to shareholders. Also a regular dividend based on operating profit would be issued. The company have history on this, approx. �15m was returned to Shareholders last year by the way of the buyback and the 13p tender. This was in your words to "respect shareholder loyalty". (atb with whatever decision you make)

I think many LTH's and regulars were themselves frustrated with his outburst yesterday. My view is if you want to leave and sell, then do it with dignity, no need to **** off the company if one's expectations are not met.

I reckon we have reached the bottom, There were only £70k worth of sells made by twitchy investors whose expectations were not met. The fundamentals are the same, the ongoing growth goes on and the Strategic Review is not complete yet.

Bakky, Sorry mate, It's my opinion based on the fact it is imprudent to make any decision on dividend policy whilst the review is in process.

" I just wanted a nod to share holders with say a one off $5 million dividend......" Whilst a review is still proceeding a "nod" and a "wink" is entirely inappropriate and possibly illegal. (These Arsenal fans are a funny lot).

They will announce a dividend policy at the completion of the Review, and that will be subject to the outcome of the said Review, with regard to any T/M/A choices.

INSB: Why not wait till the Review is completed? The fundamentals have not changed, indeed they have improved.

Results exceeded my expectations, with a strong H2 on the cards and no doubt a decision on the Strategic Review forthcoming this half. Very satisfied.

Indeed, the NTLD Stats show that sales are strong, the SP is not a true indication with only 65k quid of sales. We all know how swiftly this Sp can rise.
