Hiya. This is my first visit to premium this year I think, sorry I didn't reply sooner. I'm not sure I get your drift here. Do MMs think that far ahead, 20p seems a high target. A 20p target would be a great place to start, that's for sure. My take on this is that, in order to get this to 20p, there'd need to be significant news. I'm pleased that they seem to be playing a smug waiting game, nothing's being hyped here, it's all just quietly coming together. I'll dash over to ADVFN and have a look

I am a safe player and this remains my biggest earner to date. Not a life changing amount but certainly had a great run at it. I top sliced at 62p, dreadfully short in hindsight, but how many times have we thought something's just going to keep going only to see it flounder.

Hello mate, should've sold out in the 60s myself, but have resisted buying more just yet. There's potential here, but the company doesn't seem to have a business minded outlook. How do you view things here?

A lot here hinges on the Germany economy, particularly the retail sector. Have a look at previous trading years, ignoring the the 283m 'loss' which was a downgrading of property values and you'll see that the company has a habit of paying a dividend. Add up the last 4 years dividends and you have your entire share price covered. Taking today's SP and the announcement of a payment and you've already covered 30% of the original investment, so risk factors start declining significantly. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

4c = 4p virtually, nice dividend but will no doubt drag the SP back down when it's paid. Alternative train of thought is that the payment signals that the tax liability will NOT put them out of business. Which is excellent news. Check out the revenue streams, this is very conservatively priced.

Why doesn't this feature in the riser/faller pages?

Seems that the SP is valued at 10c per share, plus any dividend due. Still undervalued, IMO, based on earnings. RNS hints that the tax burden may not be as bad as expected when it suggests further future payouts. Still unsure why the company is happier to distribute surplus cash as opposed to re-investing it
