The last facility that they built came in under budget. Can I say that they have a history of over estimating costs in order to keep expectations in line or is that out of order?

They are cash generative and had $46m in hand at year end so it wouldn't surprise me if the project was self funded. Has it been disclosed the what percentage of the build costs are needed up front?

Last year. Did this include a one off asset disposal or is it all from trading activity? The sums are incredible if it's going to be repeated this year. Isn't that ok though? The company is performing regardless and it doesn't look as if they need incentivising

Nick Clark - Salary £385k plus options equalling £373k at 176p Nigel Robinson & Howard Nicholson - Salaries of £250k plus options equalling £241k I don't think they sound totally unreasonable, is £750k a year on par with a company of this size. I wouldn't sniff at it tbh :D

That's a little harsh. Options total £850k and yet they distributed £15m in dividends this year. If the executives took it in earnings we'd probably not even notice. My guess is that it's a tax dodge so probably saves the company money in the long run. I'm willing to trust their judgement here

I was teasing really. It sounded all good. Feasibility study of Copper Bay to be completed Q2. Cash in bank improved from last report, t/o improved massively, production costs slightly improved, production increasing. Crap company

Not too distant now. The company's policy of buying back stock helps but I think institutional buyers have sat up and taken notice. I wonder how long before this enters the main market? It seems a completely logical step up

At 162p we're yielding 7.7%. Dividends are increasing along with production and profitability year on year. Brokers targets in 2015 range from 210p up to 286p. EPS is 36p with a PE of 4.4. It's going to get the full attention of my ISA allowance for this year :D

I'm off to Hamburg for the day tomorrow and might leave a purchase order in place for 155p, at this price it's stupidly low

It does indeed Roger! The broker rating page makes pleasant reading. Yield shown on here is incorrect and paints a slightly worse picture than exists. Divi is 12.5p so yield should read 7.14%

On a growing business that is struggling to know what to do with all their cash. LOL

Does anyone know the record date for the final result? I am in cash at the moment and might pump it all in here for the divi. It's a no brainer as Kevin Bacon would say
