My understanding from memory of recent alba financial reports is HH owes us roughly 3.2m in loans alone (although I used to think it was 2m so my reading may have been wrong) that’s on top of any payout we see from oil..

If we get that initial money back that is a huge boost for alba without waste tips, without dilution to allow us to progress at speed!

Leningrad famously stepped down from multiple aim companies talking about them coming to maturity under his leadership but stepping aside to allow for sector specialist leadership to take over…or as I read it (I have taken all the money I can time to hand the dead horse over). Also he tweeted before about how he can now buy any company he likes and has stepped down from all companies….As I understand rumours were he was being investigated by FCA but no concrete evidence. As I read it (I’m not allowed nor trusted to run a company so I’ll ramp them and siphon money off others as I sell without having to report I have done so!)

I think the main issue is lack of PR and clarity. What are we paying St Beides for? Why can’t they send simple tweets and photos? Shareholders have recently done a better job of sharing basic site photos shareholders wanted to see!

Is it auto active Scot or does it still need to be considered. If so is it likely that process would be done now I am unsure on time scales?

Any idea if that permit is granted? We’re really in the dark and only know of more delays and failures to get this shaft dewatered…come on alba pull it together your on the home straight!

We are currently debt free I think they done well to navigate the last two years with limited funds. I do agree I would like to start looking at early revenue ideas or other funding ways that are not dilutive.

The permit is clear. Hiccups not accounted for on the 16 day limit once they start they must finish within the allotted time or they will have to think of a clever way around or a licence extension of some kind invariably adding more to the process. Let’s hope they get this right first time!

Highly likely they will be raising soon normally they normally occur in November. They were funded only till dewatering something which has been known for a while and is priced in. Nothing scary to worry about company has addressed these concerns in interviews
