Likely though most people can make there own opinions for how long the permit will be it was silly to invest 2 months again when you would loose opportunity elsewhere to sit and wait for a permit

Same wording and arguements as that prick RyanRhys or whatever name he is using now days…orange scum and the mine history being too arguments that are the same. Hopefully a quick email to show the water purity is all that’s needed. He is trying to delay, cost money and out right stop.

Never met such a persistent troll he must have benifits in us failing not just out to make a quick buck.

Nothing mentioned as a genuine person may about how he is local and it may effect his livelihood which I could understand if he was worried his sheep would turn a neon green or something

With the drone we know for sure the permit is I. Place I think until jan off the top of my head I have read the document. What is key is again off top of my head they are only allowed something like 5 flying days out of the allotted time. They need to make those the best 5 days of their life.

He has money in alba not sure how much off the top of my head. He also covered how hard it is to buy and having been to a recent event with another ceo who explained the limited periods he could buy I was amazed how small windows they get and can appreciate why they do so through options (as well as the value of if)

I hope soo Robbie! If we get an in person meet I will surely be asking why they have delayed applications till they were needed and not been proactive 2 years of waiting for “fast track proffit”. Waste tips offer an ideal and cheap way to gain some money whilst testing the market out and our processes. It obviously provides value also in preventing the need to raise as much as they are likely going to need to.

Plan laid down to get to production, Full authorisations obtained for next few months with the future applied for so their are no pauses between activities and it flows one into another, funding model in place to drive the new shafts and a PFS would be nice

Because offtake is a key pillar to success here especially if we can control the market and any premium. It will help calculations in feasibility studies through AISC etc.

You forget last year November they were given the go ahead but told us they would wait for a slot when the weather was better at a different time of year…that excuse aged well…

It’s a shame alba want to hide what should be public documents. Reduces our ability to scrutinise both the company and new decisions. Thanks for the note I’ll check out if I can find the application

Yes Scott I agree. Couldn’t do it last year due to weather now we get it the same date and it’s a major storm but they are going ahead couldn’t make it up!

That airspace is too valuable for the raf to give up in the summer.

Do you know if we get the permit to dewater if we can continue or are limited by the “no work over winter” but of the permit?

I think too that it is a shame alba decided to ask for their applications to remain private we cannot see or hold the public body account for its decisions and understand it’s process

Exactly it’s crazy I brought this up before. What’s worse is they are allowing us to pump they know the water is safe they are choosing to restrict the amount for some reason. I get if it’s a huge discharge which could lead to increased erosion or floods further down but we are litterally a trickling tap and asking to double that to a shower.

No it’s because of delays and delays and more delays that’s why the price is low any momentum they have had over the past few years with breakthroughs on discoveries wether drilling, waste pits, dewatering have all been halted by red tape and I think some incompetence although lesser so now( the resubmission looked prettier full on)

Yes they certainly have or are looking at it (I disagree with public decisions and documents not made public) my biggest concern is we get the variation to dewater than are stuck in limbo till next year waiting for species stuff to get dealt with…again…more bloody waiting
