Problem is with the price the way it is if we pulled our loan we would likely bankrupt ukog for little gain…

They still raised a lot of money so it was a good idea.

The thing was they sold it that alba would remain majority holder but we keep getting diluted as we’re not subscribing to it.

Whilst I want money to focus on clogau I don’t understand why we’re funding Australia potentially and not GROC with the spare cash? GROC looks a lot closer to profit than some unexplored dirt and I imagine considerably cheaper!

I think it would be nice to think groc wouldn’t raise I fully expected hence I didn’t really buy much I wanted to wait that period out but I am annoyed as above

I’d rather they invest in groc which seems to be setting its self up very strategically and professionally than chase some dirt in Australia.

Looks like we’re further diluting our groc holding, this was one reason I stayed in alba over groc due to the large holding but now I’m considering rebalancing across the two

Look at recent rns one of them was quite clear of what’s going on at clogau and from the others we can deduce they are doing some form of exploratory research to value the Australia licence option within the 30 day period given. That’s a fixed date end date to know we should hear something

Just an idea but if your a vendor you give alba half the costs and full responsibility for development sitting back taking 50% of the profit as a passive joint partner.
