Groc may go JV compared to brought out. a jv provides funding and direction whilst groc controls the day to day running that a major miner won’t be bothered to remember groc had along way to go to be in production ready state. A slow buy over time deal could be done where a jv partner slowly acquires over time as groc hits certain milestones. Groc then retaining some value of the production as well as the on the ground operations as well as potentially owning assets which could later be sold too.

Eventually it has to go one way or the other but out or jv can’t see them doing it alone it’s too huge and expensive

Do you believe the delay mentioned in recent rns was to get to duly made stage or to the 3/4 months for determination stage?

I highly doubt JimJam that lines of partnership are open with clogau Gold anymore. From what I understand then own access roads to Gwynfynydd as part of their hydro plant (Clogau Renewables) they potentially also control land leading to the access of that mine and have prevented alba doing so. This was acknowledged at in one of the q&as by GF if you knew what he was hinting at.

I do expect a partnership with other bespoke jewellers but who I do not know.

Personally I believe certain people here and advfn are as GB said here to prevent alba and take the licence for themselves as the gold is running out yet more stores are opening!

I have for long argued we need an expert ceo with some power behind him to take us forward like Stefan has done with groc.

GF job is as chairman to hold the board accountable to shareholders interest. And to promote the company as it’s face. This is where is is failing.

Hopefully his law skills will get us on the right side of nrw and be key in negotiation of contracts with local land owners I know there maybe some accsess issues at Gwynfynydd due to clogau hood owning the accsess road and potentially land above the site

Groc appears to be steaming ahead mining regulations seem a lot easier to get through they also have a lot more cash in the bank thanks to the ipo to drive it.

For a lot tho double won’t break even unfortunately the way this has been handled the bottom has drifted so far from averages :/

Scot alba has proven himself a few times to have info others don’t have. I know consider him a trusted source (of course loose with the word trust on a public board)
