Hi All, having tracked for a while I invested today. Happy with my purchase, I just sat down to see what else I could learn about the company & found this.

Doesn't look so good to me, anyone with greater knowledge know more than what is written in the report?

The rest of my portfolio up nearly 20% in the same time period (all commodities, gas, oil, coal, PGM's & metals) RMM is underperforming, no need to blame world events.
EUA is un-investible, no matter where in the world it's based.

As one who reviews their portfolio at end of each month I note that Rambler is currently down 37% in the two months since the start of the year. Whilst I continue to hold and hope (I stopped adding some time ago) I can only attribute this to the market tiring of our accident prone board. I've been here over a year and my RMM holding as a % cost of my portfolio is significant. The next, and subsequent, RNS's need to be positive to regain credibility and shareholder trust. Rampers may disagree but the share price doesn't lie.

The board expects to publish an Aim admission document for the proposed transaction by the end of February, after which trading in the shares will be restored. The capital reorganisation is well worth carrying out, as the resulting company will effectively hold a direct 44.1 per cent stake in Eroton, so bringing into sharp focus the chronic undervaluation of San Leon’s interests in OML 18 and the export pipeline, as well as its loan note holdings. Cumulatively, I estimate these are worth around US$500mn (82p a share). Buy.

Very happy with this. In due course it will eliminate our reliance on Eskom, who's supply is erratic and becoming ever more expensive, put a massive tick in the ESG box and save us money. Win, Win, Win.

Noticeable since IC changed their lay out and introduced ideas instead of buys that they lost impact.
Not sure about kiss of death but certainly limited positive impact nowadays.
Also noticeable that when Simon Thompson used to tip something it would always increase the SP a minimum 10%, often more. Now it hardly moves.

Good first post
You're right to be careful.
Although there are many tipsters, MWM & ST are two that I respect very much and the fact that they have both tipped (or at least positively followed up a previous tip) the same small cap within a few days of each other is a very good sign, I'd liken it to being dealt two Queens in a game of poker, not aces, but well worth further research.
Danger as always of enjoying a nice run on the back of tips, updates & results, followed by a slow decline as the SP drifts when all the fuss has died down.
Inland certainly feels like it has a good run in it at the moment.

£1 share price!
Don't disagree that all the good news events along with the global need for copper will get us close. Just can not get over my frustration that once again, a badly worded RNS has knocked us backwards, nearly 20% in a little over 2 sessions on this occasion. Nothing released to counter balance the confusion caused is almost as criminal. All because a handful of subbies have been in contact with, what the world is now agreeing, is a virus about as serious as the average head cold.
I've been here a while, from .26p fundraise, all the way up, down & halfway back up again and this constant taking the eye off the ball is driving me nuts. Yes I do believe this is the best turnaround story out there and has amazing multibagger potential. Just please stop finding new ways of ******* the share price over.

Surprised we haven't kicked on this morning but would expect Friday in print will have an effect. I certainly didn't catch up with ST's piece until late last night and only then because I happened to be researching on the IC website & came across it. Dull chat but my 18164 at 56p top up this morning at 8.16 has gone down as unknown, suspect many sells around the same time at the same price would have been buys.

K2 principle fund, with $1.3b assets under management is a big fish and will not be investing on a whim. Whilst accepting there will always be risk in investment, a fund this size will only invest in smaller caps like rambler if they are close to certain that the future is bright.

Would agree with the last two comments on here. If you want an extreme view, dig out TigerByTheRail on the other board. No longer on this board because of his constant assassination of EUA but I respect much of his viewpoint. I've been invested here for some time now, wouldn't consider EUA a credible alternative.

Today's trading update from The Restaurant Group (Waggas, Frankie & Bennies) is encouraging. If Comptoir mirrors their performance the recent drift down to below 6p makes us look silly cheap.

Get your point Luck Counts. I've been here since following a Simon Thompson tip at the start of the year and I'm still underwater. Mind boggles when you look at the price of oil. Mind you, doing better than ST's other O&G tip from the same period. San Leon has been suspended since June. Have historically done well out of Simon, using his views as a starting point for my own research obviously, pulled a couple of absolute howlers here though.

Just let the market do it's normal supply demand thing & get all this COP nonsense out the way & we'll be back close to £5 before Xmas. Buying opportunity going on at £3 or thereabouts.

However the company can, in exceptional circumstances, apply for an extension of the suspension if the terms of the reverse takeover are not complete. Messy.
