Losing the will here.

Despite Rowde/Kestrel & buybacks, various ii's & others continue to sell into the market, today's reported sales v buys over 20-1 not unusual.

Have been here 3 years+ & having bought more on spikes, which at the time looked like momentum buys, I'm way underwater.

Clearly one or more big sellers still out there. I'd happily sell in to 140p bid, which I'm fairly is how this is going to finish.

Solid growth on virtually all metrics during difficult times.

What's not to like?

Not about charts or trends, all about a seller managing the the share price.

Nearly 1m shares sold today, routinely disproportionate to the market cap.

Another Kape coming up.

SP not helped when MM's selling 7.5% below the ask price.
No reported sales but share price down today.

Agree with your view on profitability, doesn't change the fact that there's been a significant seller since last year's 120p placing though.
However, 120p does seem to be the floor so I'll continue see how things go.
I did reduce on the last spike (I was seriously over invested) so overall I'm still up a smidge at 120p.

Quite simple really. We have (a) seller(s). Once again today, as most days, there are more reported sells than buys, often this is by a significant multiple.
I don't know who and I don't know why, I just know it's in someone's interest to keep this as close to 120p as possible. Worse, they seem inexhaustible. Every now and then they have a few days off but they always come back.
Nearly 30% down in the last three months despite, as we all know, constant great news.
I often think it would be easier to sell and concentrate my efforts elsewhere but I hang on in the traditional belief that, one day, true value will assert itself. No idea when though.

Interesting to note that despite today's RNS, stock box interview and all the happy clappy waggy tailed noise, only £3,622 of share buys generated today v £5,000 of sales. Hence illiquid stagnation.
Board clearly going to have to give hard evidence backed by actual numbers before any meaningful share price appreciation. Finding some diamonds not enough.

Strong set given all the infrastructure and coal price noise.
Divi of approx £1.40 per share (after 20% SA tax) paid four weeks today.
Medium term concerns regarding rail network, long term strength regarding demand in Asia.
TGA is a valuable and significant part of my income portfolio and I'll re-invest the Divi and buy more if the market is daft enough to mark the SP down.

Seller having a day off? Nice SP progress today.

Ben used to frequently mention dual listing CNIC on Nasdaq, had no effect on the share price whatsoever.
Meantime our relentless seller(s?) continue(s) to offload.

TW will obviously always push his own book. Not only here but also at Kefi, Skin, Opti, and others, he's already invested so it's in his interests.
I've subscribed to him for several years and fully understand he's not everybody's cup of tea.
Historically I've done well out of a couple of his tips (Pensana comes to mind) but many have, and still are, treading water.
He does however seem better informed as a bear, knowing what not to invest in.
EUA being a case in point. (you did well there Moneymaker, getting in at the bottom and slicing right at the top ;) )
EUA is now a basket case and a potential zero, you'd have to be nuts to invest there.
I've been in BMV before but sold out breaking even after a couple of years of not really going anywhere.
The investment case here now though is much more attractive. 5/10 bagger? Who knows but with a following wind, POG over $2k and a bit of luck, not out of the question. Good luck all.

Zulu principle my favourite book and the basis of all of my investment decisions. Still holding here but CNIC not playing the game. Would love to be proved wrong but how can you even pretend that the sp is not being manipulated?
After buybacks, a maiden Divi announcement and a year of incredible success we are still only a few % above last year's raise, and falling back again.

So....tomorrow then!?!?!?!
A 7am RNS with accounts, full update and re-listing would be the perfect start to the day. Ideal world I know but too much to hope for?

A "kick the can down the road" announcement suggesting accounts almost ready & trading to expectations?

Your entire argument based on interest rates continuing to rise which will "crash" economic growth when it's universally accepted that interest rates may have one more small increase in them (both sides of the Atlantic) before they fall back to avert your alleged "crash".
Don't know what your agenda is but your argument is flawed

All is wonderful, except the SP is still being 'managed' by one or more seemingly inexhaustible sellers.
This will end up going private for a small premium.

Indeed the selling is relentless.
Now coming up to 12 months since our open offer at 120p and despite non stop great trading updates since, looks like we're heading back to the offer price, that despite buy backs, making the company actually worth less now than a year ago! Add in inflation and shareholders are way out of pocket.
Does make you consider whether the share price/market cap is being managed here for alternative reasons.

I was in RMM Rambler at the same time as you and recall you ended up being filtered by most for your unending rant about the board when they stopped monthly guidance. In the event, you had a good point & we all ended up getting shafted by a less than openly honest Board of Directors.
You also have a point here but are in danger once again of negatively affecting the investment argument.
You are of course entitled to voice your opinion and nobody likes to see an investment lose value, just don't continuously and negatively rip the ****nal out of it.

I note yesterday's offer at Kape technologies to be taken private.
The offer represents a 12% upside to the previous days close but a shocking £1.50 a share below the £4.44 kape was trading at less than a year ago.
Can't blame the major shareholder for taking advantage of a mispriced opportunity and can't see the (generally upset) small Private Investor base finding a way of stopping him.
I know many on here are also invested in Kape and view the recent TU here as a precursor to being taken out. Careful what you wish for eh? Similar percentages would represent a take out price around 130p here, 20p below where we were less than a year ago & well below true value.
I sold most of my holding here after the lacklustre TU two weeks ago but I retain an interest both here and at Kape.
The above also goes for Centralnic where again some of the cheerleaders here are also invested, as I am, in a much more committed way.
