On 4 June 2018, the Group entered into a new revolving credit facility agreement with Lloyds Banking Group for up to £20.0 million. The new facility supports the expected growth in utility asset ownership of gas and electricity assets by the Group, with drawdowns secured against the acquired utility assets. At 31 March 2019, the Group had drawn down £3.0 million from the new facility to fund utility asset purchases and a further £3.0 million after the year-end. The facility is structured as an "accordion" facility so that £10.0 million is committed and a further £10.0 million is available by request from the Group to the bank.

The cash at bank and added financial security with the revolving credit facility both position the Group with sufficient funds to facilitate its growth plans and adequate access to cash to cover contractual obligations.'

The BOD are recommending another bumper dividend - tempted but there seems to have been some selling pressure on Friday so timing etc becomes important.

Cheap holidays in Europe are getting more expensive with the fall in the Pound and the likely need to buy medical insurance when travelling to Europe. Throw in a possible no-deal Brexit price shock and short term recession and it is easy to see the value in stay-cations.

According to Valirx's website [updated 10 September 2019] shares in issue are 1,024,057,953. At the AGM they were authorised to issue 100 percent more shares [752,629,380]

My maths says that there are 481,200,807 more shares that they are authorised to issue.

And they have indicated a 2 for 10 open offer for all existing shareholders - that is nearly 250 million of those possible shares to be issued left. A combined placing and open offer would bring around £500 000.
