Most people do not consider this a Copper prospect - the drilling results next month are likely to begin to give an indication of the size of the copper resource in play. When Ascendant compare the prospect to the MATSA mine complex they are not jesting - that mine complex is Trafigura's flagship mining operation.

In terms of a poor investment, as MAFL are trading at a considerable discount to NAV buying at 8p and under regularly provides an opportunity to sell in or around 9p with little downside risk. A £10k investment has brought me around a 50% return this year with no risk of dilution.

Again, this is thought to be likely to open Pence up to corruption charges - he would be accepting the office to pardon the President which can be argued as bribery / corruption in a public office.

Hopes were rising on Wednesday that a Brexit trade deal could be sealed within hours as intensive talks continued between EU and UK teams to secure an agreement before Christmas.

British officials said that while the two sides were still arguing over fisheries and other issues — including competition rules for a “level playing field” — a deal as early as Wednesday evening was “possible”, with Boris Johnson in close contact with European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen.

European diplomats agreed that a deal could be nailed down before the Christmas break, with one predicting an agreement as soon as Wednesday night.
