MAFL have released a New investor Presentation - on page 10 it says they expect to change the portfolio from 77% Unlisted investments to 17% Unlisted Investments over 12 to 18 months. They expect cash to increase to 10% of the portfolio and the rest to be a significant increase in Listed investments.

This seems to indicate a monetising event iro the Portuguese Zinc / Copper deposit. First I have heard about the intension, so I have written to the Boss asking him to update shareholders. If I get a reply I will post the details of the response.

Sold some of the shares I bought a couple of weeks ago on the rise last week - a quick 25% profit is always welcome, and they will be replaced if the share falls back down.

Maybe the GOV will CONsider building more / better sites for Travellers. But they seem to have CONsidered that they would prefer them out of sight.

The GOV will probably also use that legislation to criminalise Civil so watch out if you are homeless; maybe they will restart poor houses so that offenders can work to pay off their fines?

Have a look at page 10 - they state that the Targetted Asset Composition in 12 to 18 months changes from 77% Unlisted investments to 17% Unlisted Investments. I had not seen this before and suggests a change in the status of LS [? sale and reinvestment of the proceeds] or a significant uplift in valuation of the gold investments which is expected to be relisted [Cerrado].

Any thoughts?

Thanks for volunteering not to take the vaccine; make sure the NHS knows you have declined the vaccine as then they will be able to deny you treatments if their policies so dictate. You do not want to be blowing any of that taxpayer money...

I have been "repaired" by the NHS more than once so my main concern is the breaking of the NHS by a CONservative GOV who seem not to understand the long term damage they are inflicting. Even though I am cynical I find it hard to believe that they are destroying it for ideological reasons but just through sheer incompetence.

Whether Labour would have done better is debatable - I think they would have got more public buy in to public health messages {the Cummings Eye-gate incident comes to mind] buy we will never know as there can be no scientific control.

My viewpoint obviously has personal bias because of my allergy to work and dislike of paying tax.

Looks like "Tier 5" until Easter; no schools, pubs, churches, family gatherings or weddings. mick-b at least warned us that we would be blamed for spreading the virus at X-mas [even though SAGE warned the GOV on the 22nd of December "that it was “highly unlikely” that R could be maintained below 1 without closing primary and secondary schools."].

Plenty of funerals though. The CONservatives have really done well. Make sure your affairs are in order and that loved ones have finances at hand. Do not expect the NHS to be able to look after you so remain careful and stay safe.
