Doris would not listen to the message that a hard lockdown was needed again last Winter. Tens of thousands died as a result. If I was Goings and briefed for the lockdown earlier than Doris was prepared to, I would want to distance myself from him.

P/E ratio of over 1000-1 when the earnings come from selling green credits to competitors who (a) do not see enough electric cars and (b) are ramping up production of them. So how does Tesla then actually make money?

More importantly, would a significant price drop undermine confidence in other seemingly overpriced shares and spark a severe market correction. The 'man in the street' is having an oversized effect on the markets - if they get cold feet the market could collapse in weeks especially with growing Covid worries.

Not sure how 'well' the auto-driving would work in rural Devon [or London potholes]?

There was a news item recently about a fatal Tesla crash and the cops said there was nobody in the driver's seat in the burnt out wreck. Musk objected saying he had telemetric proof that someone was driving when the crash occurred.

And then just 2 days ago there were news items about people tricking the cars into thinking someone was driving the vehicle by tying a weight to the steering wheel. So how good is Musk's data? Junk in... junk out.
