You are right and wrong... If Doris was not in a hurry to open up events, then there would not have been as many people able to go to the footie; if that fishy woman had the powers to ban Scots from travelling to Manchester then she is also culpable as she should not have allowed her yobs to go to London, with or without tickets.

What I do feel is that they should have not done mass events [especially those that required mass travelling]; rather they should have started allowing more to family events, funerals, weddings etc. It would have been a more gentle approach and spread the financial benefits wider.
