Cynical political shenanigans - Zuma supporters are creating problems and then offering to solve them once the current GOV has fallen [because of the problems] and they have replaced them.

The poor are going to blame the current GOV - if the Big March planned for the 30th of July goes ahead, there may be more mayhem. If Zuma is granted pardon, it opens the door to the insurrectionists as a reward.

The Open Offer seems to have been imposed on shareholders by the current management's inability to fund progress through income from production or reserve based lending. The Open Offer seems to be ensuring that there will be funds to continue paying management and other bills in the event that the drill in Turkey does not provide an income stream.

Do management want to buy shares at the current price or are they waiting until the price has fallen even further - we do not seem to know? Unfortunately management do not seem to be doing what they have suggested they will in the past.
