When the conspiracy theorists when stir crazy last year, it emerged that this site was being overwhelmed with data when trading levels were high and some data feeds were stopped to keep the site stable [as far as I remember].

Surely making a coherent argument in favour of investing in UKOG at this price instead of starting a new thread to try to tell people with a less favourable view of this company to go away would be more effective. That HAS to have a factual response;

1.Lets begin with the shares ballooning from 2.59 billion 4 years ago to 15.98 BILLION today

2. £52.675 million raised on the back of dilution (see above) with VERY little to show for the money

3. The company has to have A MILLION QUID EVERY MONTH just to keep the fairy tale going

4. Sanderson constant insistence that something 'potentially transformational' is just around the corner; if he really believed that he would buy some shares.

5. The board failing to honour the promise to cut pay by 20 -50%

6. The boards failure to honour its commitment to buy shares on 2nd July

7. The massive write down in the value of HH and the write OFF of circa £10 million spent in the BB fiasco.

8. The failure to PROMPTLY inform the market when things are going wrong ( see BB above).

9 The kimmeridge 'BILLIONS OF BARREL RECOVERABLE' evaporating with latest annual results showing the Kimmeridge 1c to UKOG at HH now just 300,000 barrels

10 The 2c Portland recoverable now estimated by UKOG at just 600,000 barrels

11. The history of ramping RNS's that turned to dust ; BB being prime example

12 UKOG's tendency to go quiet when there are problems and not fess up promptly

13 The lack of update from Turkey. On 1st July UKOG could tweet the depth drilled with a sunny "good progress' comment. No 'good progress' tweet since and no indication of depth to date.

That is how a SIPP works - the GOV return the tax you paid on contributions into the SIPP. They even allow a non-taxpayer to contribute £2880 into the SIPP every year which they match with 25% (£720). I make the £2880 payment every year.

I do not work and keep taxable income below £12k = no tax payable or employment NI. I pay voluntary NI of £800 per year and put £2880 a year into a SIPP (and GOV put 25% of £2880 into my SIPP). Net payment to GOV = £800 - £720 = £80. I am paying less than £2 a week for access to the NHS and a full contribution towards the State Pension.

This is just a tax break for someone who can afford not to work; the loophole should be closed.

PHC - they issued an RNS about a new distribution agreement for one of heir products to target the potato industry. More tubers with higher calcium uptake, especially from soil that has had NPK used on it for years. Higher calcium means better storage.

Good news on its own, but better news longer term as it potentially opens the door for the new products they are just starting to get regulatory approval for. It is not a get-rich-quick share, but I am expecting dividends around the current share price by the end of the decade [unless taken over by big AGRI before then].
