Down 3% because the Market is worried that she may use the super-majority 'to pursue market non-friendly policies of constitutional reform'. I reckon mining in Mexico is in for a hard time as they have not got enough water, and they are picking up lots of skilled manufacturing work that the US is near-shoring. I would expect exploration companies to face higher permitting hurdles.
