Apparently the plastic based lining of canned soup is breaking down due to the combination of acidity and fat and resulting in a very high number of micro and nano bits of plastic in the soup. Another source to avoid is sea salt - much better to use Himalayan pink salt, as that was crystallised long before plastic every saw the light of day.
