Some will have been sitting on substantial profits but never banked them; they have not finalised the deal that saw the share price surge 6 months ago and are in discussions to sort out a winding up petition. And they are going to 'investigate actions of previous Directors.'

Ominous has to face up to reality now...

If UKOG get told to abandon and rehabilitate their shuttered oil sites, where will they get the dosh from? And if they just walk away and liquidate the subsidiaries they are unlikely to remain in good standing with GOV so no Hydrogen contracts...
