The very fact that Newmont have faith in GGP by having a 20% stake is something that adds great value to the operation, backed by the Worlds largest Gold miner. Newmont would not have considered taking this stake had they not had complete faith in the direction this is heading! GLA.

Greatland has also secured the necessary FIRB approval for the acquisition itself!

This is correct; however, no one thought two years ago that the share price would be where it is now and no one knows where we will be in two years? Having said that the world class board and team, along with all of the new employees in place are not in this for anything other than making GGP as big and as profitable as they can! Although the current share price is not where any of us wants it to be (assuming you are not a shorter or non share holder), what the team at GGP have done over the last two years is nothing short of remarkable and once the keys are in the hands of GGP, accountability will be held! It will also be a case of release the good news (which am sure the team will have held back in spades, if you pardon the pun), brace yourself for some serious work Telfer, hold on tight for the ride ahead, them ducks are lined up and raring to go!! :-)

Seems like the market thinks there is a possibility of a delay in the keys being handed over? To be fair the targets have not been met particularly well up to now!

As someone said there is not alot we can do about that but once the keys are handed then the team at GGP are fully accountable and the shareholders will want to see this "shareholder value" that gets banded around at every opportunity by way of an SP increase.

I am not knocking the team as what they have done up to now is more than any of us could have ever dreamed off but this AIM sh*tey market is milking this good and proper and I for one will be glad to see the back off AIM, never to return.

With 8 years until I retire my golden tickets are staying firmly where they are!

Lastly, it would be good to see the world class board / Newmont come out to allay any fears and possibly firm up a date for handover as opposed to the "hopefully this quarter" scenario we currently find ourselves in?

There was a list of "Important Dates" during 2021 which detailed a number of events and included in this was "FY24. (07/23 to 06/24 inc). SLOS first Ore. First cash flow".

As I said there has been a number of changes but ultimately I fully believe in the GGP Team; however I had hoped for an SP move North before now, as I'm sure many others did, but hopefully not much longer to wait now??

Main one being Havieron, whereby it was initially "planned" to be Q4 2023 for first pour. Then there was the FS and DFS, both of which is overdue by years!

I fully appreciate that a number of changes have occurred and and for the better in the long term but e.g. the Havieron FS should be available by now?

Basically I'm not holding my breath about timescales and it'll happen when it happens for me!

Personally, I have full belief in the team and it's just a matter of time before the good news flows and SD can shout from the rooftops!

What does annoy me is the GGP planning department whom I wish would add some more contingency into their planning, as it more often than not ends up going to the right, and the market does not like it!

With Rick Rule stating his "friend in the know" suggests there is 2.5 to 3 Million ounces of of low hanging fruit (Gold)?

3 Million ounces @$2750 = 8.25 Billion Dollars!

Of course we are not producing, according to the market, but I am amazed that the market has not woken up to the spectacular potential at the current rate, let alone if Gold hits in excess of $3000?

To think it is possible we may end up via the profits, through the Stockpile at Telfer over the coming months, being in a position whereby Havieron will have cost us next to nothing?? That's just mind blowing and well done to the GGP Team for securing such a "Great" deal!

Lastly, it would be good if someone could apply a defibrillator to Mr Lassonde (Curve) and give him a bit of a kick start, he's been flat lining for long enough now! :-)

For anyone who has not had a chance to listen to the Sunday roast podcast (14 to 48 minutes) with Shaun Day re. the Telfer / Hav. deal.

Have to say it seems like an absolute steal of a deal ($455M) whereby the Telfer stockpile alone is similar to the deal price.

Newmont / Newcrest have also spent somewhere around the deal price up to this point.

Telfer plus Havieron could be producing somewhere in the region of 4 to 500,000 ounces over the next two to three years.

Yes there are double the shares but three times the assets now.

ASX within 6 months.

And all within this AIM Sh*tty market. :-)

Apologies if this has been answered earlier but, from the Investor presentation slides, I note the current projected first pour now due to be H2 2027? Further to this there is a 15 month Telfer plan in place which will take us to January 2026 and thus leaves approx. 18 month gap until Havieron first pour?

Since the Telfer stockpile is, I believe, of low quality then is there a plan for the period January 2026 to H2 2027 as doubt you want to have 450 employees twiddling their thumbs for 18 months?
