It's been a long, long wait but we cannot be far away from some good news dropping now? Lets hope the first of many 2025 RNS's gets this party started so that we can detract from the cold miserable weather many of us are experiencing at the moment?

This is from Page 22 of the Aim Admission Document, Dated 10th September 2024 and I draw your attention to the last paragraph:

"Clear pathway to fully funded Havieron development: The Greatland Base Case estimates that a further A$803 million (approximately US$533.9 million) of pre-production capital expenditure will be required to complete the Havieron development2. On 10 September 2024, Greatland Pty Ltd executed a non-legally binding Bank Debt Letter of Support in respect of which A$750 million (approximately US$498.7 million) in proposed Havieron Banking Facilities could be utilised for the completion of Havieron development, from the Banks (further information is set out in paragraph 2.8 of Part 3 (Information on the Assets, Market and Jurisdiction) of this document).

The Company expects to be able to fund the balance of pre-production capital expenditure from its working capital and/or Telfer free cash flow, and therefore considers that there is a clear and non-dilutive pathway to the Havieron development being fully funded".

Whether this happens or not we at least can quote this to SD should there be any further dilution?

So we have wee Twiggy, who has invested, i'm led to believe, 120 Million US dollars IN GGP with an option of buying more shares for 10 pence each if certain milestones are achieved?

My thinking is that if has put this up with this option then, he for blinking sure, has not invested in something that will give him a 10% or even 50% increase.......greedy men love greedy odds so watch this space!

My only problem is that has he set this up to be profitable for him or his predecessors in his lifetime?

Just going to put this out there and welcome any responses, both positive and negative?

I'm no doubt wrong in my thinking but are the MMs currently between a rock and a hard place as its only a matter of time before this takes off?

They are trying to bully PIs into parting with their shares by dropping it but we are in different times and the knowledge of most investors is far ahead of years gone by? The tactics may have worked previously but investors are fully aware of the potential here so parting with our shares is not going to happen in most cases, until we see value and they are struggling to meet demand?

They want our shares badly but just hold on a little longer folks!

So we've had somewhere in the region of 115 million shares put down as unknowns over the last three days??

Something has got to give and am guessing we will find out why before much longer?

Second day in a row that we have had somewhere in the region of 43 Million "unknown" shares pop up at the end of the day?

Anyone able to clarify what's going on here?

In all the time I have held shares in GGP have they been on the money with their "target prices".

Have to admit, what does the market want to make this move North? We have a huge Gold mine in Havieron, we have another huge mine in Telfer, we have a licence to mine the feck out of the Patterson and we have a board of members which is the envy of the world over! In fact I'd say pretty much all the ducks are lined up right here and now and here we are at sub 10p....???

MM's will play every trick in the book to get folks to part with their Golden shares, hang in there all as it's not long before the keys are handed over and SD and Co. can shout from the rooftops as to what they have in their portfolio!!
