Most European countries have banned flights from the Uk and now the French have banned all accompanied fright. I assume that means no lorries crossing the channel and if other countries follow with airport bans, I can only see the SP going down unless we get some very good news this week. What about the Brexit talks another extension?

Some people don’t realise the demographics of second and third world countries like India, Africa SE Asia and catholic central and South America. The majority of the population are under 25 unlike Western countries where we are getting older, and now these youngsters are starting to have large families of their own.
I read traders comments that the oil price will be worth nothing in the future due to green energy but I believe this to be completely wrong.

LEVIS, I have noticed in Africa and India local small farmers are putting up cheap Chinese solar panels to run water pumps and irrigate their land with borehole water. They have increased food production without waiting for government help which never comes.

The oil price will recover and more because the vast majority of people on the plant can’t afford electric cars and if they could the infer structure isn’t available.
There are 7.7 billion people on the planet and by 2050 there will be 9.7 billion and oil will still be in demand.

I think good enough will do at this stage as we need as many companies as possible manufacturing and shipping vaccines around the world. They can all get together next year and tweak their products.
The other thing to remember is the Moderna vaccine is US government backed, while the German Pfizer vaccine is a purely commercial venture so they will be charging for it. Hopefully the Oxford/Astra Zeneca will be free to the world, and with a few others companies in the pipeline it will be interesting to see who makes what for where.

It’s good to hear I only have the news channels to go by as I’m an expat. I think now they have a vaccine which can be kept for over six weeks in a household refrigerator, many second world countries with high density populations will be able to get their citizens vaccinated. Many of these countries are used to giving mass vaccinations so it should not take too long once they get going.
This will in turn get world trade, shipping and planes powered up.

Come on Char go large £13 for Christmas maybe more as long as the Russians and Saudis don’t start another ****ing contest. I can’t imagine there will be much profit taking over Xmas because vaccine development and news won’t be stopping for the holidays so most people will want to be in.

I am starting to think Londonlife1 and Rach666 are the same person due to the way they behave, what they say and how they say it when they attack people. The problem is with SOME people who have only had a life online behind keyboard, Avatar and encryption is they have never had to think, if I say this or do that will I get a punch in the face!

The American Petroleum Institute announced US crude inventories dropped by 5.15 million barrels last week with diesel and petrol stockpiles also decreasing.
This news should also help the SP today.
