If one looks back a year , one would see that Landstead had. 36,843 million shares on the 02/04/2020

On the 31/12/2020. They had only 21.23 mill

The nominal value of immupharma shares is 10p. And it’s also the Sp that Lanstead paid for it’s shares ...

The SP is now trading under the nominal value price for many weeks so one should ask themselves who is selling at a loss ??
Those that acquired at 11p during the placing ? Disgruntled holders ?
L1. Capital has a conversion price of 11p so they are not able to convert at this time ...

The SP at this level ( under the nominal value is not sustainable for a long period, IMO, but it underpins the market sentiment towards IMM ....

Keeping my eye on Lanstead

In the last few weeks we have seen the market becoming more optimistic about beating Covid and getting back to normal ....

Covid related stocks were sold and recovery stocks bought in anticipation of this back to normal thesis ..

Premature ? The market always tries to anticipate but new variants and vaccinations problems are hard to anticipate ....

We may see a U turn in the near future so one should have a mix of both types of stocks in your portfolio IMO
