Everyone now seems to agree that the P3 trial failed because it was badly designed and under powered...

Everyone seems to be calling for another P3 trial to be done using some of the bio markers identified in the trial ( sub group of a subgroup in the main cohort )

Why not ....

By taking that road, IMM have to find a way to finance this new P3 trial....We are talking about a P3 trial that would need to recruit about 400 patients and therefore a budget of not less than £50 Million IMO

Have IMM the money ? I think we can all agree that the answer is NO , so two options, imo

They raise the money on the market ( highly unlikely, imo )
They find a partner to fund the trial ?? Possible ....

but a P3 trial will take years, and loads of money so i cannot see how the SP will move up by more than 600 % to reach this "target" of 92p

But i am sure that the "strong Buyers " will have a fairy tail answer to that...

Saying that the Map was cancelled because of the extended trial results is it my opinion false, it is my opinion that IMM could'nt commit themselves to spending the £1 MILLION estimated cost at this time....

I agree, Cash burn should decrease after the extension trial is paid for, but the Nucant and Ureka teams still have to be paid until they find a way forward....The Map program has been "postponed" so that means the estimted cost of £1 million will be saved...

But saying that, the december 2018 cash situation was £4.9 million

Leaves 4 mill

take away the Administrative expenses per month of £ 138367 for 5 months = 691 837

leaves £ 3.3 mill approx

Now we can substract the R&D costs for the 5 months gone by since dec 2018 to see what the current
cash position is like....remember that IMM are still paying for the extension trial + the Nucant team + the Ureka team

So please ....calculate ....

Everything is possible, but i find it hard to believe that a 'potential partner' has come out of the woods, more than a year after the P3 results ...but IMM shareholders are badly in need of some confirmed good news and not just speculation
