You are correct in stating that we have to wait for the FDA to give the thumbs up on this new P3...
We will then know how many patients need to be recruited ... 300, 400 , 500 ??

And therefore the estimated time it's going to take to recruit ...

Concerning your affirmations that the SP will be above 30p next Christmas , it's always been my conviction that there is no certainty in the stock market .
As I don't suffer fools gladly, could you please put forward your reasons for being so affirmative on why IMM will be worth more than 50 million next year ?

Ps. ( I haven't said that I disagree with your conviction , I would just like something with substance and not just a wet finger in the air )

You have made some very valid points which have got me thinking ....
I might just have been a bit too optimistic in my post because if one gets into the nitty gritty of taxation and fiscal matters to ascertain what type of expenditure is elegible or not , one just might start pulling their hair out .....for ex.
In this P3 trial patients will be recruited worldwide, but will the subsidy just include the costs of the European patients ?
So because the trial will cost approx $ 25 does not necessarily mean that the full expenditure will be subsidized and therefore IMM may not in fact receive the full 7.5 million that I suggested ....

Regarding Sylviane Muller, she has indeed gone under the radar but I would imagine she will be trying hard to find another indication ( outside of lupus ) for lupuzor ....

Background. Imm (France ) and Avion will be starting a P3 trial in 2020 with Avion funding the full cost up to $25 million .

What we were not told is that R&D projects such as this trial would / should be elegible for ´ crédit impôt recherche ´

What is this ?

Basically it means that the French government will ' subsidize ´ the project to the tune of 30 % .......

So 30 % of $25 million is $ 7.5 million which IMM France will/should receive in their coffers after spending $ 25 million of Avion's money .....

What is good for IMM ( France ) is also good for IMM plc :-)

$ 7.5 million ....a Nice present so HO HO HO to all the nice people on this BB (as for the others DYOR )
