Wildbush ,
Whilst there was nothing new for me , we can however acknowledge the change in the mentality !
It’s good to see that IMM are being more transparent with shareholders especially about the timeframes .
Was this because you were talking more to the scientist staff , rather than the CEO ?
I believe that Tim has some deal lined up to bring in some cash in the near future , let’s see ….
BTW , Was any mention made of the £2.25 million in Incanthera ?
Wild bunch,
Thanks for the sum up , which basically confirms a lot of what I was saying …
For those that were expecting milestone payments in 18 months , well NO go ..
P.s. it takes roughly a year, AFTER a successful P3 readout before the FDA gives the green light and for the $ 5 million milestone payment ..
CIDP is what could change IMM, imo. But it will need a fairly large in an initial payment
Cauldstream7,
The Fda is not a dogmatic agency that twist companies arms like you suggest !
They give guidance and advice on what Companies wish to do so that it meets the FDA criteria .
The reason the FDA agreed to the PK study was because of the changes made to the Lupuzor formulation, imo
I totally agree that these ´ details ´ and therefore delays have brought ´frustrations ‘ ( as Tim would say ) but Avion and IMM wanted to make sure that the same mistakes were not made again ( especially when Avion’s are footing the bills ) and not shareholders.
Btw Wildbush , I actually do agree with you when you say that IMM has very strong 1 year potential especially if Tim can find a partner to fund the CIDP trial !
Only time will tell
For those that would like to silence any form of critical thinking on this board , they should realise that this board is read by IMM which allows Tim time to clarify any points that we would like addressed !
In this interview we have had clarified that Avion’s will finance the trial as initially budgeted contractually ( UPTO $25 million ) . Tim says that this amount should be sufficient to pay for the whole P2-P3 trial ….
Clarity and transparency has been lacking for many years And therefore it’s important that we got confirmation on this point from Tim
Many questions remain unanswered but whatever , the Agm might bring more answers, let’s see …
Easyp,
Once the science is progressing , the SP will follow at some stage , just a matter of patience , imo
Best of luck
Xviolet,
I never said anything about a placing ( please don’t put words in my mouth ) all I said was that nowhere is it written that Avion are paying for the P2 part of the trial …
It’s up to IMM to clarify things !
Xviolet,
Very difficult to say what the hell is going on with the Sp but all one can say is that instead of attaining the target price of 10p mentioned by a few P&D characters, the Sp has actually dropped hard .
I don’t believe that this drop will continue but wtfdik
Cauldstream7,
I cannot agree with the viewpoint that it was the FDA that imposed the change of dosage levels ( I think that was due to Avion but whatever…
The word arrogant i used was due to many factors namely the IMM communications ( verbal ) and Dr M. commentary after the results were revealed !
Lupus experts firmly condemned these but that’s all history , but IMM communications need to gain in transparency if they wish to regain some sort of credibility in the future is my personal opinion !
But again everyone to their own ..
Cauldstream7,
Whilst we may agree on the science and the CNRS we have different views on the past execution of the clinical trials … MAny many years and tens of millions have been wasted by IMM whilst Lupus patients continue to wait for alternative treatments.
Let’s just hope they don’t take the same arrogant mistakes this time around !
That is has been decided to finally use the SC administration method is very good news in the sense that it will facilitate patients and therefore be more marketable if approved , imo
Cauldstream7,
I asked you nicely to refrain from personal commentary yet you persist and even amplify them !
You have absolutely no idea what I think about Lupus or any other thing for that matter …
I have peddled nothing but I have expressed my opinions on many occasions and will continue to do so , like yourself . Your track record is well documented here where you leave no room for anything but IMM dogma . I personally try to see the two sided coin and have been modestly accurate in the past but whatever , it’s more popular to bash Nolupus than to look in the mirror !
Btw my Nom de plume stands for No more Lupus rather than anything else ( for family reasons ) so I would personally like you to apologize for that if nothing else …
