With the conflicting information at our disposal, it's nigh on impossible to get a time frame for the Snow Leopard drilling targets. These two presentations highlight the difficulties.
The July 2017 drilling targets http://www.petromatadgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/2017-Drill-Targets-Petro-Matad.pdf on page 6, has the Turbidite fan plays at around half the depth of the original 3150m TD and the potential stacked layers, just below the shallow target, are not even showing.
The June 2108 presentation http://www.petromatadgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Company-presentation-June-2018-final.pdf has them at around a third of the new TD of 3350m on P26 and the stacked potential upside is shown. Mike Buck has stated in a presentation that Wild Horse - 1850m - should take 25 days to drill but they are planning for 25-30 days. Thus I'm working on around 75m a day for drilling both Snow Leopard and Wild Horse.
Accordingly if any news is forthcoming on the Turbidite plays, I expect it within the next week.
But don't forget, the shallower play is a bonus, albeit a tasty one. The two main targets for this drill are still to come, with yet another possible bonus sandwiched in between.

Yup the only thing that has been obvious this morning is that there was a big sell in the background.
The 1 million that has been notified it hopefully it (for today ?) and the slight tick up on a 22222 buy and the subsequent firming of the offer, on the 60506 buy, suggests that it has.

She has quite simply been given a red card and is another sign that the new board of directors are working in the long term interests of the Company's share holders. Including Petrovis.

Quite clear in todays rns announcements will be made based upon what they discover and lest people forget the first zone is the Turbidite fan shallow play, which if proven a large 200 MMbo combination trap play opens up. Deeper still we have the 20 MMbo first primary target. Then we come to the "three or more stacked pay zones indentified as potential upside." And finally at or around TD is the primary target of 70 MMbo. The contingency in the 70 day drilling period is the work that will have to be done following success on any of these multiple targets.
To state that the Company will not report is showing ignorance beyond belief.

Yup, now a fraction over 10p to sell. And they will take 250,000 shares now as opposed to 50,000 earlier this morning.

There have been three sells so far today all under 10p and totalling 143,550 shares.

They may possibly be considering either Heron, next door to Gazelle and the more productive western side of Block XIX or Marmot our most easterly prospect, which abuts a producing zone in XIX. I suppose given the distances, they could permit up for both and make a final decision after gazelle has reached TD.

I think it's easy to forget that post the second placing many people sold at a profit, largely having bought shortly after the January placing.
They have been waiting for the bottom to get back in. They would look mighty stupid in 3 weeks time if an oil show rns comes out and they were waiting for Wild Horse.

Yes, I've made a point of tracking it this morning based upon dummy sells and buys at times of trade and at 11.06 am the real picture is 913,253 buys and 296,1242 sells.

As I regularly follow the board, of course I know. You've told us all enough times. And incidentally, I wasn't telling anybody anything, merely passing a comment. I don't see any instruction in my post. They all appear to come from you:)

I've got this picture of all the oversubscribed institutions scrambling around trying to scrape together the cash.
Perhaps it's a back of the sofa job :)
Now the vote is out of the way, it will be interesting to see if Petrovis enter the market at the discounted price.

Yes all the 8.92p are buys. 137K buys vs 90K sells currently.

We have not done one of these for some time.
Current MC circa £62 million @ 662 million shares of which half is cash. So the assets are currently priced in at circa £30 million.
The first two wells have mean prospective resources of 570 MMbo.
$5 a barrel with a Cos of 20% gives the following risked value per share:
570 MMBO x $5 x .76 US/GBP divided by 622 million shares x 20% COS gives 70p a share.
Big risk but big reward and that's only 2 of the 6 wells. As suggested previously, potential farm in partners could be looking at any number of variations, all with different valuations. A one drill or two drill farm in, a basin only farm in or, as in the case of BG, a Block farm in.

With respect I believe you are thinking (possibly deliberately) more as a trader than an investor, in the true sense of the word. The latest information I have is that around 70% of the Company's shares are held by Petrovis, Directors and Institutions. This is of course following a similar sized placing earlier in the year. A few will of course sell but based upon previous experience the majority of them are in it for the ride. And they appear to like the ride, which has strengthened with the addition of Fox and Red Deer, as proven by the most recent placing which was "successful and significantly oversubscribed".
