Other providers of Battery Storage sites state their sites in MW (i.e Gore Street and Gresham House), 230MW would be one of the largest in the UK and sitting next to a ready made grid connection. I think that is quite interesting!

It is mysterious Olympic Challenger is staying in the area and not going to another job yet. Maybe she freed up the Berth for the Heulin Dispatch currently at the berth she vacated.

220MW is big in terms of battery storage sites , I'm sure the likes of Gresham House (GRID) and Gore Street Energy (GSF) would be very interested. Grid connection ready as well. Relatively quick to build with low environmental impact

It's good you know people on the ground Dean, but I'm just saying there is quite a disparity between your comment "Two are currently held at NIGG waiting on being loaded and being installed" to the official company RNS today saying "SAE is continuing work on the re-deployment of the other turbines, which are out the water for maintenance and repair, and expect them to be back in the water within the next 12 months."

I read in the method statement there is only a ten day tidal window in each month to install on site. With a full moon at the moment and spring tides , I imagine we have to wait for neap tides as well

At £40-£50k a day that’s an expensive hire to be sitting in dock , one possibility is as it’s spring tides at the moment it would be hard to do any deployment on site for a few days. Just hope they got a good deal on the vessel charter.

Athenia is just a survey / support vessel available for hire, My guess is she was hired by Simec the last few days to survey the site and make sure all was good. Has probably moved on to another job / client today

She is listed in the Construction Method Statement as one of the vessels used to do an annual site survey which can take 2-3 days. Perhaps Divers on board as well?

As far as I can work out from RNS there is only one turbine operational at present, Has this ship delivered one more turbine back to site or more? In terms of Revenue I saw an old video with Ex CEO Tim Cornelius that mentioned each turbine pulled in £100k per month, Presume this figure has probably increased in todays energy climate? He also said that they receive 5 Renewable Obligation Certificate (ROC) for the Meygen site

Depending on how many turbines they are reinstalling , will need a few slack tide cycles to complete

2.3.2 Andritz Hammerfest TTG installation
The key elements of installation for the Atlantis TTG are summarised below:
• TTG with TSC tail and equipment are assembled at Scrabster Harbour.
• A DP Vessel is prepared with the necessary grillages and sea-fastening.
• TTG and equipment is loaded onto the DP vessel.
• The DP vessel transits to site from port.
• The DP vessel waits for slack tide before moving onto DP station at the TSS location.
• The TTG and TSC tail are lowered simultaneously using a tandem lift operation. The
TTG is installed on the TSS.
• The end of TSC is retrieved from the seabed via an ROV,
• Both TSC and TSC tail will be clamped on deck and a dry-mate jointing operation
commences.
• The connected TSC will then be laid back on the seabed
• Vessel is demobilised.
• The operation will be repeated for 3 x Andritz Hammerfest TTG.

No wouldn’t be that quick, usually around a week. Needs a good weather window and slack tide to install

Shame most of the turbines have been gathering dust in a warehouse for most of the year.. Emailed investor Relations for a comment over a week ago, no response. Shame really
