An interesting situation and many viewpoints to decide on appropriate tactics.
I for one, much like the BoD, am primarily focussed on my monetary situation, removing all the emotion from my investment decision, I do wonder if selling most of my stock, then setting a 'buy' order triggered by 3.5p shortly after the equity is announced, then selling at whatever spike is reached, assuming Satu is lining up a 401/201 decent RNS shortly after the equity is sold, as they'll have a moderate overhang of stock to be cleared and brokers must make a profit huh?
Unfortunately, such are the realities on AIM. LTHs stuffed either way.
Not 100% sure how to play this. If they were imminently getting a cheque for £10m would they be giving away half the company for £4m?
If Val folds, who gets 201? Cancer Research UK?
Here's a dare for Satu: Write another one of those "We are pleased to announce massive dilution." RNSs. I could possibly stomach them, but there's always that obligatory word "pleased" in there which just sticks in the throat.
In reality, not entirely sure what other options there are.
