Looking good once again , seems like a sinking ship at the moment, not helped by the ceo leaving early.

According to proactive FTSE is to open higher this morning, so lets see if we can have a up day today.

Could really do with an up day tomorrow to keep it in the range of 145 to 150, if it starts dipping below the 140s then you never know how far it will drop.

Like i made a blunder this time buying another 10000, this has all the hallmarks of dopping quite a bit now, usually when a share drops big time within a couple of days if it is going to recover it does so, this has not happened here, so imo it is a downward trend now, hope i am wrong.

Another 10000 up at just under 145, don't know whether i have done right this time we shall see.

I don't think their is any chance of a divi this year.

I wouldn't grumble at 310 in fact it would nearly give me 100% profit.

Looking like 145 is the low, could have bought again at 145 and sold at 151, missed out this time, just doesn't seem to break the 151.
I see Jefferies has put a buy rating in for this today.

like I put in a buy price 1p to low, never mind lets hope for a green day tomorrow.

Been watching my local news and coach firms have been saying they could do with some help from the government, they said they have helped nearly everyone else except coach firms, and they said a lot could go under.

Rising a little now but it isn't making much difference to NEX, apart from airline shares that I watch nearly all the rest are turning green now.

Somehow I think these are staying around the 146 area today, unless they alter when the American Market opens, the way it is looking today i can't see it rising today, but then again what do I know.

Have put a limit price in at 143 for 10000 for 1 day only, don't know if it will drop to that but you never know in these silly times.

Just because TUI is a big company nobody can say it is to big to fail, no matter how big the company is if the company gets where it can't service its debts it will go bust, you only need to look at other companies that have gone by the wayside, i am not saying for one minute that TUI will go the same way but it is never to big to go belly up.

Personally I think their will be a hell of a lot of stocks that won't get back to there heyday, not for a very long time anyway.
Imo when you have made a decent profit on a share a lot of times you are better selling and moving on to something else or buying the same stock if it goes back down.
As for maybe a good one paddy how about MCRO i have been in and out of that one 6 times in as many months and made a good profit everytime.
But until they get a vaccine for this virus shares will be up and down all the time.

At the moment when you make a profit you are better selling and move on to something else, unless you want to hold for the long game.
The only share that i should have held on was BOO bought those at 210 and sold at 240, now above 300 but still made a profit.

That's right syrup I don't usually do this but I just thought I would put a limit price in for for 151 for the 10000 i had bought earlier in the day never really thinking they would get there but when I looked at 4.30 they had been sold, it does not bother me because it is a profit on the trade and the way the markets are today sometimes it is wise to take a profit.

I don't like butting in on someone's else's conversation but if you put a stop loss in for say 300 and one day all of a sudden they crash to say 200 they will sell your shares at 200 even though you might have not wanted that.
Many a time shares can crash in the morning take out stop losses only to recover later in the day, so be careful when putting stop losses in.

You just can't seem to grasp It paddy I have not sold them all I still have got the original 20000 I have only sold the 10000 that I bought yesterday, I could have 10000 in a different stock and made 6p a share when I sold them, but I bought the same stock i could have held them and like you said averaged down to 153, but i decided to sell the 10000 which I bought for a profit, if you had sold the IAG shares which you had bought at 167 at 215 you would have made a profit on them and then sold the remaining IAG when they got above what you bought them for.
Example if these rise on Monday to say 160 then I still have the 20000 shares which I bought at 156 which I could sell and make a profit of £800 but I would lose on those 10000 shares which I sold at 151 but if they go down on Monday to say 145 again then I could buy the 10000 back and keep the 530 pounds profit.
You only lost out on IAG because you sold the lot i have not sold all mine.
