I expect it could be at least 2 years probably longer before a real turnaround.

If the war in Iran gets sorted then I can see these and other builders going back north, but until labour gets kicked out and another government gets in this could be in the doldrums for quite awhile.

I am invested in this, also Barratt-Redrow and I keep adding a few in each as they go down, they are a bargain for the long term.

Looks like Blackrock has increased a little.

I think it has, nearly everything green except builders, they are really in the doldrums.

Having read through it, it seems all good to me, no real shocks, but how the markets will take it is anyone's guess.

Barratt-Redrow receives HBF maximum 5star customer satisfaction rating for the 17 consecutive year.

This milestone makes Barratt the only house builder to hold the top rating for such a long period.

Let's hope this will bring the share price up a bit.

We will see if these goes up today, and other buildings shares, if not something seriously wrong with them.

I think this share is bringing down all the other shares in the house building.

What a disappointment this share has become, all my other shares are up around the 4 percent mark, and every other shares i watch are all green except btrw, what a disappointment.

Like we still haven't seen the bottom with this share.
