I could be wrong, but do you think the big shareholders would take the offer of say 100 when they bought in far above that, if not I can see this falling through.

You would think that Sidara would have been building a large stake in WG at the low prices before putting a bid in for it, unless they have been doing.

I think they can if the offer is low, i am sure this happened in another company that were in talks, I the end the said company ended up taking a lower offer than the first offer.

A low ball offer were to come in we may not even get to know, just supposing they offered 80p the board would most likely reject it and we would not know, then they might walk away and hence the share price drops back to the 20s, yet many on here would take 80p.

I would be satisfied with 100 but then again I am in at 27, but if they don't get an offer this will most likely be back down to the 25 mark, and will take a long time to recover.

I won't be buying back into these, i think green shares have had it, BP are giving up on the green agendas and focusing on fossil fuels.

I am doing great guns over at WG having bought a considerable amount at 27p, i am hoping the takeover will go through.

I do feel sorry for Unplugged01 it is not nice losing money on shares, the trouble is you have got to take a loss sometimes and move on.

Trouble is on these boards their are too many rampers sometimes and people get drawn in by them.

I wish CWR would come good but myself I can't really see it now, anyway GL to anyone on these boards because you really need it this day and age.

You would be extremely lucky to get a takeover price at 100 on current share price, you usually get around 30 to 50 percent uplift on share price for a bid, so it needs to double at least now, to get a bid of say 100, be very nice if it would.

With all these buys coming through you would think the sp would be going up, not down.

Feel really sorry for my mate Unplugged01, glad I got out, but is it worth buying back in, doubt it.

Mean while I am in over at WG once again could have made a bo bo with that one, time will tell.

I think they have brought that news out today to steady the boat a little.

Yes I see you keep getting flac of the diehards on here, it's like on a lot of boards rampers will keep ramping and keep telling people what a great buy when they can see a share going down every day.

It seems hard to make money today from shares they all seem up one day down the next day, ok if you can time it right.

I was extremely lucky with one share i have been trading WG in and out a couple of times making a little profit, I was very lucky to be out when the trading update came out yesterday, a 50 percent drop, a bit risky with that one now.

Anyway Gl with whatever you do, i will keep watching this board to see what happens.

I reckon you are still in this dog of a share, it's going nowhere apart from south, bailed a long time ago around the 180 mark.

All shares seem to be up one day then down the next.

Bloody Trumps tariffs causing mayhem, just doing ok shares Friday now back to square one.

This share has done exactly what Cwr did yesterday way up in the morning only to drop way back down at the end of the day.

That big buy should have waited could have got in cheaper.

Why the sudden drop.

Since Mondays high this share has lost going on for 50p a share in 2 days, no sense or reason for it.

182 high on Wednesday back down to 158 low price 2 days later, what the hell is wrong with this share.

It was a bad day to bring this news out, been swallowed up all the other bad news going on.

2 conflicting recommendations from brokers, one buy from Kepler and one reduce from HSBC, one will get it right.
