No disrespect BigBangs but anyone buying shares in this on the 30th will not get the divi on those shares.

If you buy shares today and hold till tomorrow you will get the divi, if you buy tomorrow you will not get the divi, usually the price goes down around the divi price, but if it's a good day for the ftse it might not go down as much, you should be able to sell your shares on ex divi day without losing your divi, personally I always wait till the day after if I am going to sell.

Paddy I was actually looking at the share when the first zoom came, skipped through the rns and thought I will wait, I could have got in around the 115-120 mark but didn't bother, mistake again, but now it all depends on how big the fine is, low it will fly high and it will drop.

I have a decent amount of cash at the moment but this evergrandy is putting me off buying, missed RR earlier in the week when they opened up the US, never mind GL with your investments.

I had mine on the first day as expected, are you sure you were invested on ex divi day or has it been reivested in some more shares.

It is like you said the other week concerning Evergrande, it is coming to fruitition now with that we will see in the next few days what will happen with that.

It's not looking good for any shares at the moment to much happing at the moment.

We all might be better off in cash at the moment way things are looking, looks like a real estate company in China are going to default, dow is going to open lower, dollar is rising, what a gloomy outlook.

I could be wrong (which I hope I am) but I think their could be a retreat in building shares and also a lot of other shares especially with energy prices soaring, can't imagine what price bricks are going to cost as well as glass.

Wonder why most builders shares went on the backfoot today, unless it is to do with the planning issues with the government.

Have you got fed up astro with this, thought you may have held till break even, like i said sold half mine at 865 the other week and bought 7000 bdev at 681, put a sell price in at 700 this morning nearly got there but now back down again, mind you a good divi on those at the end of the month at nearly 22p.

Astro sold half my holdings at 865, while in profit bought into BDEV last week I was 1k in profit yesterday morning with them now down a little should have sold but you never learn sometimes.

This seems to be shrugging off the gold price, this going up where a lot of PMs going down.

Don't think there was a special divi this time JETY, ex divi day end of this month just above 21p i think.

Is holding pretty well considering how much gold and silver dropping.
