Anyone who follows BOO should know nearly every time BOO brings out the trading update the share price goes down even when the results are good, January results need to be exceptionally fantastic to bring this back on track and in the current climate I just can't see it, imo this is what the shorters are hoping for.

I hope for my shares and others on this board it does turn around but I think this is going to be a long uphill battle.

Short selling should be banned all across the world, once short sellers get their teeth into a company they can destroy it, or the company has a hell of a job getting back to its true value,.
It looks like they are winning with BOO now I have seen it it quite a few companies and once they get a hold they never seem to get back, you only need to look at TLW, CINE, POG, PFC, the list goes on and on.

UBS has certainly tanked this today, it could be because of how much they have downgraded it from 40 pounds to just above 30, but nothing has changed at ASOS that we know of.

It looks as though it is just a waiting game with nearly all shares now, maybe turn off and look at them next year, but that is very hard to do.

UBS cuts ASOS to 3040 from 4000 neutral rating, could be this why it has dropped today.

A bit hard to understand these shares, you would have thought internet shares would have been up a lately, we gained 156 the other day and now we are back to square one with them, but BOO is performing even worse that one doesn't seem to be going anywhere at the moment, then we have got evergrandy in China that could crash all the markets.

Well it went up to 170 this morning, and then it dropped back, don't know what Norges bought at but it would have been less than 170, i am just going off what i have seen on a couple of other shares that i have been in where they have bought in and decreased there holdings a couple of days after.

Could be going down because Norges bank has got rid of some shares they bought the other day, i have seen them buying into other shares and sometimes they sell a few quite quickly.

Great rise today, lets hope it carry's on, i am still under water but not much now, apart from stupid BOO i am in profit on most my other shares, but still 20% down on BOO i would have thought with Norges bank buying all those yesterday BOO would have gone up a lot more, anyway just a waiting game.

that's probably why ASOS is up 7% today and BOO is only up 2%.
BOO must be selling stock at a hell of a loss, or getting rid of old stock.

You would have thought the share price would have gone up more than 2 or 3p with Norges bank taking such a large stake in the company, don't know what it is going to take to get this share price back to where it should be.

Oliverthehardy, i would be happy if it got to £30, any higher would be a bonus.

Oppening that Debenhams store could have a positve effect on the share price, also if it does well BOO could change their minds and open one or two more stores in major city's.
BOO needs to do something drastic to try and get the share price turning north again just maybe this could be the start.

Like flogging a dead horse with this and asos at the moment, when these are going to get back to true value i don't know.

Not only Asos Fireblade1, BOO as well, i am in both and i have one hell of a paper loss on both these shares at the moment.

Who has been buying all these shares today, there has got to be a seller for every buyer, but how the hell can this go down 5%.
I can't see that it is all short sellers, there is only 3% short on this stock, mind you asos is just as bad, it could be a supply issue on both of these shares, but it is a relentless downward trend.

Bruce i have been trading for quite a long time now and i still can't fathom how the markets come to there conclusions, just one example Next how the hell do they get a share price of above £80.

They have got the high today at 2489, i would not imagine anyone could have got nowhere near that price if you were selling.

Don't know why these online clothing shares keep going down, with all that is going on they should be going up, and airline shares are going up when really they should be going down.

All these lockdowns all over the place and all these that are buying from the internet aren't doing nothing for the share price such as asos, boo,ect, yet airline shares are going up, strange.
