Do people on here think about the class action in California supposed to have a preliminary aggrement but it does not say for how much and it might not be binding, this was on Nov 4th.

Could drop more, might go down to 100 no one can tell, but come tomorrow it could and i say could be up 10% just look at CINE after yesterdays drop it is now up 15% today, it is all a guessing game.

The moment not as bad a fall as i expected, only trouble is it has brought ASOS down with it.

Wonder if asos is going to bring out a bad trading update like BOO the market seems to think so looking at todays drop.

IMO i think this company needs to rethink it's returns policy.

For some retailers today on results day, curry's, avon rubber, both down quite a bit then you have got cine court case that has crashed as well, hope BOO is not the same, mind you we have already gone down a hell of a lot.

Looks like ASOS being targeted now, instead of BOO, can't seem to win at the moment because i am in both of them.
