At the moment they don't know what to do with share price, take it down a bit or take it down a lot.
IMO nothing has changed the share price was not reflected on getting a strike from Peru, so this should not go down to much, but they take it down just for the sake of it.

This will most likely go down today, but really it should not because nothing has changed, if they had found oil then yes the share price should have gone up, the share price at the moment is reflected in what they have got now, not what oil they might find in the future.
I can't believe how much bad luck Tullow are having though, but expect a down day today but i don't think it will be as bad as what people are saying.

Goldman Sachs estimates Brent will go down a average of 7% this month with the Corona virus.

I posted a bit about this last week, asking if anyone had seen it on the advfn board, also asking what it really meant, ie good or bad, but did not get a response.

Anyone know which company or which person owns the most shares in TLW.

I don't think Mr 12% is shorting, he could be buying for someone else, or maybe he is like a lot on here and thinks it is undervalued, maybe when the share price does go up he may off load some and make money like we do.
At the moment it is all conjecture, their is only him who knows what he is up to.
He will know a lot more about how the company is doing than us, and he must think that the share price will rise in the near future to be buying all these.

His last purchase was only 1% so does that tell us that there is not too many shares about to pick up, for every buy there has to be a sell, so if he wants more maybe the share price has to go up to get some sells, like I said it is all conjecture.
We will know more next Month when the update comes, unless we get one before then.

Total have said they are not interested in TLW.
I wish someone would come up with a offer, but I can't see it really, to much debts at the moment imo.

Auson, JMAX, why does everyone think this will be taken over in the first place, is it just because the share price is low.
I don't think nobody will make an offer, the only person is Mr 12% that could maybe make an offer, but then again he can keep mopping up all the cheap shares.

I have not looked at that share which you mentioned until today, it has risen a hell of a lot lately, you must think it has more to rise.
As for MrD he must have had some bxxx to sell up and lose all that and then to put it into a share that is more volatile than TLW.
I have watched NMC for quite a while, and if I had done the same as him I would have sold NMC the day after he bought them with a decent profit, and then re bought them again yesterday.

As for TLW I am down 25k on them but I will stick it out for the moment because it is a bit risky to sell them, especially at this price, and also what do you buy at the moment.

Over the years I have lost money not holding on to shares, also I have lost money not selling shares when in profit.
GL with whatever you do, but for the time being I will stick with TLW until at least it is up into the 50s or 60s.

We will see if management puts out an RNS Monday morning regarding the gas situation, I would not hold my breath though, it is as though management does not want to see the share price rise for some unknown reason.

Up to press that hasn't helped the share price either.

Mr 12% seems to be mopping up all available shares on the cheap, he could try and get 25% cheaply and then put a bid at maybe 30% higher then he will have got the company at a discount.
Why the share price isn't reflecting on a person buying all these shares I just don't understand.

This should be higher than this with Brent going up like it has.

Good write up about this share from my broker at end of the day, so MrD looks like you could have done right.

Has downgraded its oil forecast by 23 million barrels of oil per day because of the Corona virus, hope this does not dampen the share once again.

Must be a great feeling for all those lucky people who have bought into this in the low 40s, just wish I had instead of 70.

Bloody hell don't know whether it is right but google has it up ONLY half a pence.

To get a rise, but it just had to drop 2% last half hour, wonder what tomorrow will bring.
