Just seen on the drop a buy for 162,276 shares possibly an off the book trade paid 18.391p per share.

Just seen what might be and awaiting to confirm as an off book trades Buy [O] trade time stamped as of today 16:13:24 gmt for 591,225 cpi shares that got placed for a bargain entry price of 18.49p. That's the real deal AimMaster2018

The way I see is to look at 18.5p as the new 28.5p which was before the past March TU after hoovering around 26.7p and 29.7p before it got stock and shoot up to plus 42p on that March TU. So, in my opinion there is indeed a risk of a quick slip further down,but I just don't see it happening although it could be interpreted as 'wanting' to go in that direction from past days negative downtrend. You've got to take in consideration that the Capita business is not as bloated and heavy debt ladden as previously was well known to be. Anyhow, if we get a sniff of 20 again, I suspect that many will actually hold on and let it run as that is what most would do apart from a few ones that fear doom and gloom is imminently on its way for Capita and perhaps wants out on their 20 tp.

Did so, but was not right. I admit to it. But, was only a wish that due to how are the trading volumes currently showing, that wish might come through by tomorrow same time at the same place.

Almost 4 millions apparently showing as buys which includes a mixture of [O] trades on the book and off the book plus AT too transactions on and off the book agains a similar mixture of sell volumes reaching near 2.4millions

I see 20 as stated this morning which we will get to if not by end of today or tomorrow b4 12 imho

Cons of off-book trades

Off-book trades can have a higher risk of counterparty default, as there are very few rules or contractual obligations.

For some off-book trades, there is no official record kept at all. The drawback of this, is that off-book trading is often used by individuals looking to conceal their behaviour from others.

The lack of official regulation can also be a cause for concern, as there is no obligation for either party to report the trade to an exchange or publicise the orders to a governing body. And even when off-book trades are reported, so that they are executed ‘on exchange’, the process can be time consuming and experience significant delays. This is because the exchange doesn’t have to record the trade immediately.

More buyers evidently not waiting around wondering if Cpi will bounce or not in a few weeks time or by March 2024.

It's just over two weeks ago since we have all witnessed the cpi share price collapse with just one small pointless bounce which that makes me believe we're still one big one very soon and it's in the workings of the market makers order books. You're far too happy trigger and lack substantial patience. I fully understand you and have been previously in an exact same situation as you've said are afraid to find yourself if cpi doesn't rebound over 20p anytime soon. I get it.

But in the meantime, we'll need to wait until enough buyers have filled their pockets with plenty cpi stock which will eventually saturate the order books and start moving the share price upwards and that is the logical expected result. You cannot have just buying and buying at these levels and not moving one bit.

Don't just cut your losses at this super low levels without not even giving it a chance💪🏻😉

You see AimMaster2018, that punter decided to buy just as Cpi bounced off the mid 18s.

Ideally, one should had got in half way down and not wait till it hits soon 19p. But that's how lots of investors think.

Also, be reminded that when I used to publish my Bloomberg Cpi Equity Ownership reports, on average there would had been up to 900 entries of institutional investors funds with positions held in Capita. So, although that FT page link shows only the biggest, in reality there are many hundreds that are probably still actively invested, in the process to acquire more cpi shares on the cheap or selling out for which we wouldn't know as most of those are less than 3% held in cpi.
