We all knew where the Capita ESS bidding process was and had been heading since the 1st October. The only people
who had verifiable information about the ESS bidding process, were those guys from atEducation Investor Global. In my opinion they knew very well what they were posting and I don't believe that they've made it up to get some clicks on their
website. Bloomberg should be reported at the earliest opportunity for dissemanating unfounded information that resulted
in the Capita shares being sold off and currently the negativity around Bloomberg last post on the failed ESS bidding process, is still circling around Capita Plc like the stench of rotten meat which otherwise would not happened if not for that untrue Bloomberg post. NoFear

We're been manipulated by the ones that carry weight in the financial markets. They've
abused their position by being one of leading in the money markets and they knew that
once it got posted it would had been picked up by the other financial media networks
and spread like wild fire.

On the “balance of probabilities”. Since I was the one who posted the 3-part Capita ESS bidding process story on the
1st October, while Bloomberg on the 15th october, posted a very distorted version of the supposedly occurred events
which somehow had a negative effect on the Capita share price that took a tumble just after releasing it on their Bloomberg
media financial news network. I would trust Education Investor Global 30th September post over Bloomberg latest post.
However, my question is: Why Capita Plc has not contested either way the Bloomberg claim ?

Hi Everyone - I've posted to Capita Plc about Bloomberg 15th October inaccurate and false reporting of the facts
that took place between the interest parties that were and in my opinion are still inside the round of the bidding
process for the sale of Capita ESS. I've also posted my complaint directly to Bloomberg and have warned them
that I shall raise a complaint with the UK FSMA and the UK FCA. I shall attempt to find out the reasons for Bloomberg
to have used their dominant financial media influence to bring on a small shares sell off that resulted with last week
Capita dropping from 28p to almost 25p just because of the Bloomberg false rumours which Capita has failed to deny or confirm bloomberg claim. In the, please be patient as the truth will soon be known. Thanks everybody for your kind words.
I'm still holding my £20k at 31.5p Capita shares and won't sell until it goes to my take profit £1.20 target.

No, I don't believe this is going to be the end of the bad news. The Kamani family have more to reveal.
How do you think they've become billionaires ? The company has come under intense scrutiny in the past
months. Their turnover will never be as good as it had been in the past years because they will be under
the radar of the UK authorities and their way of doing business will fundamentally need to be changed
to fit in and stay within the applicable UK laws. They've got away with their dirty business deals that mainly
benefited their company valuation on the back of many illegal activities that almost everyone took advantage
whether it was their suppliers doing vat and money laundering to slave labour with poor employment practices.
Most of their stinking sh.it business practices have yet to come to surface. HMRC is now investigating all the available
evidence of dodgy movements of funds between Leicester Boohoo suppliers and other fake companies set up to
fraudulently benefit themselves all apparently unknown to the Boohoo Kamani family. I don't buy the idea that
they did not know. Sell their shares before it hits the £2 by the end of the week. Pure rottenly run unethical business
operation that took advantage at every available opportunity. I hope they get taken down by the UK authorities.

However, never say never as the options are always going to be there if the decide to use the cinemas chains as temporary sitting Courts as well as has been shown in my posted link where The Lowry in Salford, the Hilton Hotel in York and Jury’s Inn in Middlesbrough were the latest buildings to become Nightingale courts, that opened on the September 28, as said by Ministry of Justice (MoJ). Great news. I've heard of hotels been used for court trials some months ago to get the backlogs figures brought down,
but I've thought of Cineworld and or the other cinemas outlets being hired by the Courts. I guess we should do quite
well as the positive news are siding with us but not with the doom & gloom shorters. As usual your radar has been

@Insi Sorry about your losses but owning a share outright is a much less risk than betting or cfd.
The best medicine in your scenario is telling us the truth as it happened. I won't laugh at you, but if you tell us
porkies, I'll tear you apart. Were you spread betting ? Were you using CFD long or short positions in Cineworld ?
Were you exposed more than you could technically cover with your initial margin deposit and available funds ?
I've personally opened £1000xPoint spead betting positions with massive margins as deposit and massive
available funds so to prevent any MM's spikes that sometimes did not actually took place in the underlining
shares that I was trading. You've perhaps opened a position that you could not or did not want to support
any further and preferred to see it been taken out by a margin call. Spread betting and CFD are great if
you know what your doing and have figured out the in and outs and know how your MM works in the
background. I just hope that you did not loose any money with those registered abroad Spread betting firms like
plus500 and others like them because they're a 50/50 bet that they'll play dirty against the punters. GL,DYOR.NoFear

@Chartz exactly true. The same was happening back during the 2008 credit crunch. Many legged
because the did not have any money left and many had their passports taken off them until they
repaid their debt arrears and some have actually ended up locked up with 'bearded Arab men'.

I'm afraid to tell you that your 'wishful thinking cannot be materialised' due to the way MM's manipulate
in general stocks that are really volatile to price changes especially on media rumours and companies RNS
breaking news usually just before the 30 minutes LSE pre-opening share price auctions decides at what price
the Cineworld ask and bid prices will be posted to all to see. If your supposed illusionary short was pre-set by
you to close at 3p, you'll be shocked to know that Cineworld MM's in communication though your DMA broker
provided account, will not be able to guarantee that they'll close at that price due to the ferocity of such high
volatile markets conditions that are typical of recovery stocks like Cineworld. You'll need to be a member of
highly respected stock broker who can facilitate such privileges normally offered to premium high net worth
clients that want to play with their spare millions just for fun. Are you that type of client ? And if you're indeed,
what are you doing on this BB apart from telling us that you're short on Cineworld or whatever stock you might
take a fancy. I'll leave to you to think over tonight and tomorrow. Time flies and soon we will see what will be the
