Hi Drifty69 & everyone long on Cines. I'm still holding my 57,000 Cines shares at 65p av.
Could Mooky & BoD get Cines debt refinanced by another lender and have it re-issued at lower repayable rate as it was done by Aston martin and therefore also raise new equity? In my opinion, since some of the less profitable Cineworld Cinemas chain brands are already been taken back by the their landlords, this is a sign that we're going in the right direction. I don't get all these Doom & Gloom scenarios been pushed by the shorters and the media. Hold on to your shares and let them take another bite to the Cineworld stock. It won't be too long that who ever is left holding to their Naked Shorts, will promptly be sweeped far away into the open sea and be drowned by the unexpected Mooky's RNS. Take care and please don't sell your Cines shares to feed the greedy shorters. Good Luck and Don't worry as we're all living through a world covid-19 Pandemic.

Aston Martin Debt REFINANCED-27th October 2020

UK luxury carmaker Aston Martin Lagonda said Oct. 27 it would raise 125 million pounds of new equity and issue 1.1 billion pounds of bonds to refinance its existing borrowings. It also announced a “strategic technology agreement” with Mercedez-Benz, through which the German carmaker will supply the British group with electric vehicle technology, in exchange for an up to 20% shareholding. Some 83.3 million pounds of the new shares will be placed with three investors: Permian Investment Partners, Zelon Holdings and Yew Tree Overseas, while the rest will be issued in a placement to institutional investors.

The new debt is split between an 840 million pound senior ranking bond, and 259 million pounds of second lien notes. The latter pay a 13.5% coupon and give investors warrants to subscribe for new shares representing 5% of Aston Martin’s share capital.

If we all hold on to our Cines shares, the Big and Small shorters will a very difficul time in working out an exit strategy and might just close those naked shorts for good as we want give them ever a chance to achieve what they've had planned out from the beginning.

Could we put you forward to Capita so that they can get their finger out it. I knew my twitter campaign was working a little here and a little there,but I never knew I would be shacking so many cages at once.

I guess that time has arrived for Capita to take as much as possible they can ask for their assets most valuable units and sell them or put the whole company up for sale and see what the bidders will offer.

However, they must do their damn best to keep all the bidders negotiations super confidential so that we won't have anymore repeats of rumours getting out to the media whether it will result in sale or no sale and only Capita BoD should reveal at their own time if a sale has been completed with an RNS. Everytime some media news outlet gets out, soon after another media outlet returns back with the opposite of what really has happen as in the case of that 15th October Bloomberg report that dragged on the Capita share price. I really pray that this latest news report can be confirmed by Capita not just from their PR but with an official RNS.

Also, we need to remember that that £8-Billion figure would mostly be paid in yearly lumpsums. So assuming that all the local authorities are happy with Capita and the other suppliers doing the job as good as they can and meets all the expectations as the award stated, there is no reason to question further other than the tender has been in majority to Capita and Adecco. The fact that Capita and Adecco have the most tasks awarded under that £8-Billion contract, I would not be that far wrong to estimate an awarded earning percentage figure over the five years based on the Capita DWP three allocated contracts at aprox. that would probably be the same as Adecco.

Therefore, I would positevely be expecting that Capita and Adecco would had agreed with the DWP for aprox. £1.2-Billions to £1.5-Billions diveded over five years or between £240-Millions to £300-Millions each year. Notwithstanding that Capita has a notorious reputation with the issue of PR, these does not mean because is not yet in the news with a proper RNS, we should just ignore the fact that I've posted a 100% valid legitimate proof that the DWP 23rd October 2020 awared tender should be brushed under the carpet as not important and we should be jumping with happiness instead.
