I've posted my complaint yesterday without a problem and no returns. Also, if it get through their mail box, you won't hear
from them for about two working days and they should give you a reference number. I'm yet to hear from them.
The only reference that I was given was from phoning the FCA directly. You don't need to stay on the phone for more than a few minutes. Once connected, listen to the message, then you'll get two choices: Choose 2 for consumer, then wait for
someone to speak to you and take your details down and the nature of your complaint. Ask for a reference number.

Call the FCA tel.0300 500 8082 and log your complaint and say that Athanor Capital LP, has breached the Short Selling Regulation 2012 (SSR) by declaring an open short at 0.55% in Cine shares on the 3rd Nov instead on the 5th August 2020.
Ask for a reference number and don't worry. It's very easy. When it's all done, you'll feel much better. We're together.

I wish to formally file a complaint against 888 Seventh Avenue, 21st Floor, New York, NY 10019 for failing to properly disclose a 0.55% short position to the FCA, that they have held in Cineworld (CINE) a FTSE 250 company, since 5th August 2020. Athanor only saw fit to disclose said position on 3rd November 2020 which breaches the rules found within the FCA Short Selling Regulation 2012 (SSR).

In regards to yesterday short selling disclosure breaches discussions, I wish to remind everyone that is
currently invested and was invested and sold out that the LSEG & FCA are still welcoming your email
complaints messages for the short seller; Athanor Capital LP who on the 3rd November had late disclosed
their 0.55% held in Cineworld and previously opened on the 5th August 2020 which is in breach of the Short
Selling Regulation 2012 (SSR) and liable to a fine by the FCA. Today, I recalled the FCA tel.0300 500 8082 and
spoke to a FCA person called Mr Abbas Khan who has informed me that my complaint has been escalated.

However, although he's provided me with a reference number for that complaint, FCA will not reveal at any
stage of their investigation nothing until it has been published on their news press-releases section.
I've also informed him that I've placed my concerns with a London firm of lawyers that deal with Investments
frauds ect. ect., and that I was awaiting for the solicitor to come back with a proposal to either take on my case
on a No Win No Fee or not at all. I'm very confident that we can all make a huge difference with how fast will
the FCA and LSEG investigations will proceed if we all submit our complaints to both organizations.

If you hear from RS, let them know that they need to email their complaint to the LSEG team and mentioned that they're a Cineworld shareholder and that Athanor Capital LP have breached the UK Fca short selling regulations 2012 (SSR) by not disclosing a 0.55% short in Cine since the 5th August 2020 and only on the 3rd Nov they finally did so. Also, I strongly suggest unless you did it already to email the same as well.

Anyway, you were the original firestarter and I jumped on your springboard and went off like a rocket chasing the Athanor Capital LP 'irregulated' short position so that we get our truly deserved redress. I'm like a dog, I won't rest till I get my 'BONE'. That will be my reward. Let's hope that the rest of the other Cine board members will follow suit. What has happened to RS2002 ?

Evening Crumpets, I'm glad that you've given yourself time to email the lseg rules & compliance team. That's Great News. If we continue on that order, the FCA will need to open an investigation into Athanor Capital LP.
Cineworld dealings. We might even be all individually compensated for any financial loss that we've sufferred due to the undeclared short position and most likely his would come to be the quickest and straightest fine ever imposed by the FCA after their recent ARCM punishement that went undetected for almost two years.

Hi MrBoDangal, thanks for taking your time in regards to the 0.55% failed to declared short by Athanor Capital LP.

In my opinion its the following: Waivers & additional funding 75% plus the refinancing of the outstanding loans for a lower interest rate when these will be taken over by another institutional investor who will re-issue the new debt by paying off the other institutional investor that may not wish to remain as a creditor of Cineworld Group Plc.

Hi Everyone that is long on Cineworld. I've just finished speaking for almost one hour with a financial
investment firms of lawyers in London that are looking into whether they would be interested opening
a legal case against Athanor Capital, LP for failing to report their 0.55% short position within a timely fashion.
I also asked if there would be an opportunity for a legal action against the FCA for failing to have a system in
place that would prevent the short positions held over 0.55% from not been disclosed and in particular there is nothing ont he FCA website disclosure & rules that can indicate the private investor what are the specific time limits for the short sellers with 0.5% and over to report these to the FCA. As far as I'm aware, the FCA has not given any time limits and therefore an hedgefund could in theory open a short position at 0.5% and over and not voluntary disclose the short till they feel the need to do it. This easy FCA approach has allowed the abuse to go on and the only fear that these hedge funds will have to worry about is a few millions fine when in reality the could make tens of millions on top of that fine.

Also, if it was their first time getting a fine and therefore at a lower rate, there is nothing stopping them to have many different LP partnerships doing all over the same managed by the same big boys but under different allocated directors. The FCA is not fit for the job. I will attempt to sue both of them if the London lawyers firm give me the let's go ahead phone call. If they do take on my legal action, I shall ask for anyone who wants to join me to contact them directly and I will give you the name of the person who will happily take your case too. Everyone who is a long investor in Cineworld should report Athanor Capital, LP for having a short position open since the 5th August 2020 and only on the 3rd November they've decided to submit the 0.55% short position to the FCA which is clearly in breach of the fca short selling disclosure rules.

I shall report tomorrow morning the hedge fund Athanor Capital, LP CINEWORLD GROUP GB00B15FWH70 0.55 05/08/2020.

I will also try to find out if there is any legal redress that can be taken against the named above hedge fund. I hope that they get a massive fine and wipes off any of the profits that they've made from Cineworld share price collapse. I'm so thankful that you're part of this Cineworld forum and have shown once again that you've made of something extraordinarily special. What is the true meaning of a Naked Short ? I'll try to explain to you in a graphical way: When you have a naked short in which you've trapped yourself, what actually means to us long Cineworld investors is that your shorts are down and your g'enitals are exposed to all the elements for everyone to see.

Whether it's a summer or a winter naked short, it will never be a great feeling to have to show everyone what your packing down there. Yo should never have a naked short position open for that long of a time period without considering the exposure that your tiny PiggyBank short position will have to suffer in particular now with soon approaching sub 0°C climates. You'll be better close them asap or risk suffering a frostbite burn. Still holding my entire Cineworld investment as usual. Long Live Cineworld & their big & small investors. GLA
