@viking818, Today I bought £5k of Amigo shares at 8.25p average.

Please all go back and read again what was Amigo planning to do back in the summer and what the moody rating agancy said of Amigo Loans Holdings future outlook. As far as I'm understanding, the Amigo BoD are doing all that was asked from them and the FCA is also very happy with how things are going. However, the FCA has allowed many consumers and claim management firms to defraud the Amigo company and this is where Mr Benamor has tried to stop from happening.

I refused to buy or short sell the Boohoo company shares on strict moral grounds that they
failed to follow and don't believe that their BooHoo family is anything but innocent.

I did not and to be honest I might now regret it not having done so. I was distracted by helping another Cineworld
shareholder who wanted out and I forgot to consider exiting myself too. Cineworld is a very risky share but with alot
of upward potential. Unfortunately, the Cineworld BoD have a very unusual and slow way to update the pi investors
and that creates uncertainty. However, I'm sure that the next move upward for Cine will be over the 70p mark and we're
not too far from that happening. Nevertheless, today I bought £5k of Amigo Shares at 8.35p and hope to sell back at 21p.

Hi everyone else that is long with Capita shares. It has been a very frustrating scenario in the last few days since the LSE could not cope with their chat service and their servers crashing down. I did give everyone the impression that we were heading to the mid 30's by past Friday. I guess I was a few days to early to allow everyone to pile up on the cheap share prices. I'm glad that we're living proof that by being patient we've nicely rewarded. I'm expecting the Capita share price to start the climb towards the mid '30s and nearing towards our next target 37p by end of this week. The worst is now behind us and we can relax knowing that Bertles, OWLS, isbrak will not be around to spit their nonsense. I'm still holding my Capita £22k at 31.5p av. Three UK Scrap Capita Call Centre Outsourcing Deal 2 Years Early.
Mobile operator Three UK appears to have confirmed that its £70m business process outsourcing contract with Capita, which was signed in late 2016 as part of a 7-year deal to improve sales and customer support (among other things), has been scrapped 2 years early following allegations of poor performance.

In my opinion, I'm happy that three closed off their contract two years early. Capita can concentrate their outsourcing services elsewhere where profit margins are higher. I've phoned the three customers call centres in the past two years and they all always put you through India which are always a nightmare to understand.

Hi everyone, I'm still holding my 57,000 Cine shares at 65p average and won't sell.

This afternoon, I've sent an email to MOOKY & BOD in regards as to Athanor Capital, LP late reported 0.55% short position. I've also requested them to update the private investor with an RNS as soon as they have any more news in regards as to the December 2020 waivers and or what they intend to do with Athanor Capital, LP short selling breach.

I've also asked for them to seek financial compensation against Athanor Capital, LP who are based in New York and get them punished for the breach of the FCA short selling regulations 2012 (SSR), that resulted with between the 5th August and 3rd November 2020, the markets were functioning without information that should had been available to Cineworld ii & pi which was contrary to the FCA 2012 (SSR). Although an unreported position of this small size and for this short duration is not unusual in nature, it clearly demonstrates how a single short position can lead to multiple reporting failures simply as a result of how long or short the position persists open without being disclosed to the regulator or to the wider market.

I'm very sorry guys to inform you that you were all correct regarding that lseg compliance and rules email address.
I too have received a bounced back last night and failed to get it delivered. Anyhow, I phoned the lseg and spoke
to a person in charge at compliance and were not aware that there was an issue. Therefore, I've explained the short
