Peel Hunt: Cineworld saga can still have a happy ending

Cineworld (CINE) may have temporarily closed its UK and US cinemas but Peel Hunt isn’t ready to throw in the towel.

Analyst Ivor Jones reiterated his ‘buy’ recommendation but lowered his target price from 180p to 120p. The shares were trading at 25.5p yesterday.

‘We would throw in the towel if all the major films were going straight to streaming, but, by and large, they are not. Studios want to publicise and monetise their films in cinemas,’ he said.

‘We expect cinema-going to recover and for Cineworld to debt finance the cashflow gap until reopening.’

All you need to add to the mix is Cineplex Inc. which is almost -5% down today, and then you'll have Cineworld
coming back stronger in 2021 and walk over all of them while they're still licking their open wounds for playing
smart and show their support to the film studios when actually they should had gone and sided with Cineworld
and shut down their cinemas and show their supporting fraternity instead of back stabbing Cineworld(Regal).
I hope they all go to the wall and we remain the only large cinema chain in the Western World. But don't tell our
secret to Indepthwins or Shorterguy or Johnht. hahahaha.(*__*).NoFear ever.

Infact, they only seem to report the little contracts worth around the £40k to £220k but they did not mention the big two contracts that they've been awarded by YPO on the March 2020. These two contracts are each of £200millions total £400millions awarded to Capita Business Services Limited. Here is the proof and the evidence of their awards upto October 2020. I cannot make it clearer than this proof shown in below website. You nned to invested in Capita to be prepared for the upward movement. Don't expect to see the shares flying like mad overnight but it will happen sooner than later. I bought into Capita to hedge my Cineworld shares that currently are not doing well but will once the vaccine is out and the restrictions are lifted for the hospitality and entertainment businesses. Capita is slowly but surely accumulating many huge contracts which have not been flagged upto to the markets and are keeping these contracts very quite for an ulterior motive. Capita Plc uses the two limited companies below mentioned for bidding on the offered tenders.
Look for tenders awarded to either Infrastructure Limited and or Capita Business Services Ltd.

From what I undestood that Capita has had their contract extended for upto two years or as soon to or after 31st July 2021
when the dwp would have hoped to have had new proposals submitted by the 31st January 2021 which will ensure the continuity of service for claimants from 1 August 2021, while the requirements for the next generation of contracts are confirmed and supporting IT systems are developed. Would Capita be welcome again to re-submitt their interest if nobody has shown an interest by the 31-January-2021? Currently the £140Million contract to Capita stands in place.

The current tender of £140Mil. as originally stands. Because of Covid 19 the pip service could not be delivered properly
and Capita has been given more time to due to covid19 delays. This would probably mean more money or maybe it remains
same and more will be paid out from the dwp to Capita. Anyway this is the original award link that you've posted. there is bigger fish to fry for Capita.

I'm lost with the meaning of your post referring to 2015. I'm aware that Capita must deliver good value for
money and must give the expected results failing which they risk having a part of the awards clawed back.
However, we're in 2020 now and I must concern myself in what has happened in 2018/20/ and coming 2021.

I can see 2x£200millions mentioned awards for capita business services by YPO with code 000982. Perhaps
there is more awards awaiting to be published and not yet updated
YPO are looking for a sole provider to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the provision of an ICT managed service for education and the wider public sector.

Capita Plc has been winning many high value contracts but are not reported on their company news section.
I'm currently gathering all the big contracts won to date and will post their full details and value. It's very good
what I'm finding out. I've today signed up with a contract finder database where all the names and values of
tenders awarded are published and Capita Business Services Ltd has the most under their belts. Watch this space.
