I also said that of lately Jangho have been sitting on buckets loads of cash and can also access low interest
bank rates with access to local banks. It's very good news to hear from them again. Let's hope to see more of

Hi Volcano, I too fell for the MM's drops that became bigger and bigger. Since two days ago I was sitting at 47.91p average but after today major drops almost to where Eatstocks estimated was the cpi bottom feeders support with their charts.
I did not believe it would had gone that far especially knowing Capita so well. But as everybody know, it can turn red or blue at the slightest media Cpi news good or bad. Anyway, as I strongly believe that the future is very bright for the Capita, I today increased my overall investment to £27k averaging down to a poor 45p[Did not see the bigDrop] after buying more today as it was dropping near the 41p mark. However, if it continue to drop further down, I have already managed to allocate a further £14k if Cpi drops towards the mid 30s. Moreover, I really hope that this is not going to happen and that today was just a one-off MM's major tree shake.
In the meantime, don't worry... be happy as Capita will re-bound back to the 46p plus by end of this week.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. congressional negotiators neared a $900 billion deal to address COVID-19, including direct payments to Americans but no financial aid for states and cities and no liability protections for businesses, Politico reported on Wednesday.

The potential agreement could come as early as later on Wednesday morning, according to the report, which cited multiple sources involved in and briefed on the ongoing talks.

Reported progress on a relief bill comes after leaders in Congress on Tuesday said they had made substantial progress toward finalizing relief in late-night talks aimed at addressing the pandemic's heavy human and economic toll, and funding the federal government to avert a government shutdown.

Reuters was not immediately able to confirm the $900 billion figure.

Hi everyone asking me questions whether Jangho will dump their now 6.98% as soon as they can double their
money having recently bought the last 1% of Cineworld at aprox. 61p to 62p per share price. Read their way to do take over bid and their previous offers. I guess if they took their current 6.98% up to 16% in Cineworld, then yes we could be open to a takeover bid without any doubt probably using Macquarie Bank funds.

Jangho has access to internally fund a takeover, while debt financing could likely be raised from local banks with Macquarie Bank as the lead bankers if they ever need to buy Cineworld Group obviously at a premium. Macquarie Bank Capital have acted as joint lead manager for some Australia & New Zealand company takeovers but some of these takeover bids have failed due to issues to do on national security grounds. Jangho it's said that is not a State-backed organisation, but sources have pointed out that most successful Chinese companies are closely aligned with the communist party.

As of the 7th December 2020, Jangho sold for usd$245.4mil. their 16% stake in which was then Jangho Healius's largest shareholder as their January 2019 takeover bid for A$2 billion ($1.43 billion) was rejected also for reasons to do with the Australian government fear of the Chinese state having access to millions of medical files and therefore a national security risk.

China's Jangho Group is looking to sell its nearly 16 percent stake in Australian healthcare service provider Healius for AUD331 million (USD245.4 million) after its merger plan went south.

The Chinese firm that has been transitioning from curtain wall manufacturing to healthcare services has hired Jarden Australia to underwrite the equity, the Beijing-based firm said in a statement yesterday.

The investment group will buy the shares for AUD3.55 (USD2.60) apiece, or 4.1 percent less than yesterday's closing price, if not able to find another buyer by Dec. 7. Jangho acquired the nearly 16 percent stake in 2016.

In January 2019, Jangho offered to pay AUD2 billion (USD1.5 billion) for the remainder of the medical center operator's equity, pricing it at AUD3.25 per unit. At that time, the stock price hovering around AUD2.40. But the Sydney-headquartered firm's management rejected the bid, saying that it "fundamentally undervalues Healius."

Sorry, the current published Award has had some variation to the originally awarded contracts.
Also, its not an extension, but an estimated 14 years duration of the contract to 2035 est.
Anyhow, hope today Capita makes a great share price recovery towards the 46.5p ranges and higher.

Yes indeed NoFear has come back to hunt all of your type down and wish to say that at 43p, Cpi it was a dream
that did not ever believe would had come through. Here we are today looking at 43p with a very big welcome.
This time, I will not sell up and stay all the way to the top. The year 2021, is going to be the best year of my life
and will not be paying much attention to the ones that will post crappy comments on Capita financial outlook
as I know very well that its all OWLS nonsense and that since I've completed my own research on Cpi, I don't
doubt anymore their ability to make a decent profit in 2021. Follow the money... Plenty more sitting on the side.
